Never have we ever been so happy with a car dealer! Great customer service! Everyone there was very nice and Ron helped us find our dream car and made it hassle free we felt absolutely no pressure. Nice and friendly people. They seem to have nice cars for sale. We bought a Ram Classic Dodge Pick Up 2 Wheel Drive Truck and my husband is very happy with it. Saw quite a few BMW's as well, I didn't see the whole inventory but I just might go back to see what else they have if I decide to get rid of Blue By U. Don't think it will happen anytime soon 😜 but you never know lol

Jeff Tellman is absolutely amazing! He sat down with us late one night and genuinely listened to what we envisioned for our next vehicle! I waited until i was calmer to post this review. i hope my experience isn't the normal but i do not recommend working with ron. i started my search on a thursday/friday and got contacted by ron. i got "approved" on saturday and then asked on saturday and sunday about my financing detail. i got ignored saturday and then on sunday was told he was off. so i didn't contact ron again until monday in respect to his day off. he told me again on monday that he was off work so i wanted until tuesday. i barely got a response and asked for a delivery on thursday. i once again asked for

After my Leaf was totaled in an accident, I needed to buy a replacement vehicle. Just bought a car from Ed at Online Automotive Group. In short, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. As advertised, this company specializes in low mileage and good condition used cars. That's great peace of mind from the get-go. Ed even stood behind their motto and had no problem with me having an independent 150-point inspection done of the car before purchase. I think the inspector's comments are worthy of sharing here:

After my beloved C350 that I was driving for 12 years was totaled I was dreading shopping for another car. Did my research all night and set up appointments to see 7 cars and stated my trek... after a disappointing first stop and about four texts from a Mazda dealer who was my last stop for the day - Online Auto was my second stop.
Sean welcomed us in,took us into his warehouse and showed his impressive selection of well maintained cars... he let us drive the C class that we asked about and left is alone with the car. We loved the car and his zero pressure approach.

A couple years ago I purchased a car from Online Automotive Group, which was not only in perfect condition inside and out, the Audi dealer on inspection told me it was 'flawless' -as it turned out to be.
So after the Audi was totaled in an accident I went back and bought another car from Online Automotive Group, this time a BMW. I was told that I couldn't take it to the dealer to have it checked before purchase but if anything was wrong to let them know and they'd take care of it.
Right after purchase it took it to the BMW dealer, who said it needed over $2000 in repairs.

Exceptional. This dealership, while relatively small, defines great friendly service as well as NO pressure. My wife and I did not buy a car today, but Sean Williams definitely earned a customer if we do decide to buy one. Sean had the car we were interested in ready when we got there, gave us the key, and let us take it for a spin. While we were gone, he ran the numbers for our loan. When we returned, he gave us the print out and said, "Here's what I can do for you for a loan; feel free to take this and sleep on it." I did not for one second feel pressured at all to buy the car

First time buying a car and I am so glad I came here to purchase it. The service and experience was amazing, you can tell that it's not about pushing cars on people here but about making sure that we as the customer got the right car for us. Sean was great, he made sure to clearly explain everything out to my wife and I and made sure that we got the right vehicle for us. Cory at Online Automotive was great to work with. I was not even planning on buying but after seeing how clean the vehicle was and how relaxed this group of people are the vehicle matched most of what I wanted on my check list and my wife was blown away by how easy going everyone is there. I brought my wife back to look at the Armada and she liked it and we love the low miles it had on it. I came in pre approved and only wanted to spend an hour or less buying and Cory was able to beat my credit union buy over 1% so we went with there financing and the credit union they go through. Totally amazed
