This company is awful and unreliable. I had scheduled them to move me out of my house that I was renting. On the day of the move I contacted them at the time they said they would be arriving. The lady who answered the phone said I'm sorry we have to cancel your move. I asked her if she was going to call and let me know this or just not show up.
My wife and two friends and I had to move ourselves. If you want a reliable company contact Eco Movers. They came to my house the next day and did an amazing job!

Long story short if you want to pay for horrible, horrible, horrible unprofessional service then this is the company for you! However if you want a company that is professional, doesn't whine and complain at the very start of the job, and completes the job then I strongly recommend to go with a different company.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. Is this even a real business?! We relocated from Portland to lake Stevens and had a 9am arrival scheduled for them to start unloading our storage units. 9am came and went with no call or communication. We called them four times and each time it went straight to voicemail. These people are a joke and in a world where word of mouth is everything, they will go under. DO NOT use them. I will be reporting them as they took our card information to 'reserve' our unload.

I wish I had seen the reviews on Yelp before hiring this company. The reviews on home advisor weren't quite as bad, even though there are bad ones. I even asked the company, before hiring them, what they'd done to address the complaints on home advisor. They gave me a reasonable sounding answer, so I hired them.
Please do not use them. Take the negative reviews very seriously.

I will start this review by saying the movers who moved us was Great. They were on time appointment was at 10am they were there at 10:05 ..... But I will never in my life use this company again there quote was completely a Lie !!!!! I was quoted 125hr for a small 1bedroom storage unit everything was wrapped boxed and ready to be loaded one bed one couch one dining table . And some odds and ends the location from the storage unit where everything was going was only 8min away they were done from start to finish by 11:42am . So I'm thinking my bill should be a little over 250$ with taxes and

Do not use this company! I found them on Home Advisor app and booked a move. I talked to guy named Josh and confirmed a date and time and required a credit card. They never showed up or called or any follow up. I've called them 4 times already and sent a message on the Home Advisor app. I've contacted my credit card company to ensure they don't bill me for anything. I used Josh's moving company to pack up my kitchen and I regret it. While he was punctual and friendly, I do not feel that it negates his poor work. There clearly were inexperienced crew members based on how I unpacked my kitchen items. Pots and pans were put in with fine china, some of them not even wrapped. Unfortunately, all of the china contents in that box were broken. My heavy cast iron chicken fryer was put into the same box as my Nespresso machine, no wrapping or towels whatsoever. Bags of potatoes and lemons were placed into boxes with seasonings. Fortunately, the crew only completed

We hired this company to move local. Quite a few very valuable antiques involved. They treated antiques very rough with the ending one breaking rare glass (unique antique piece) and losing an expensive table (No where to be found). They never gave a copy of the contract (even multiple promises) and only promised to send a check for .60 per pound (not even going to fix it or help to locate a place to get it fixed) - customer service training majorly needed and they got ALL what they demanded on customer side but NOT on the company side - no follow-up or follow through ... Great moving company! We got quotes from a few other moving companies and came back to them. They had an affordable price, great customer service and were punctual! I received a follow up call after my quote and reminder of my appt. They showed up early for the jobs and got it done quick and efficiently. The guys accommodated to all our needs and had great attitudes the whole time. If ever needed in the future we will absolutely use them again.
