I helped my mom unpack from her big move from Shoreline to Caldwell Idaho. First the good, the crew showed up on time and were polite and friendly. Unfortunately , that's where the good ends. As I am packed her spice box, it was firstly marked kitchen ware... They were just dumped on the box Willy nilly I had to wash each and every spice jar. I opened the one of the pot and pan boxes, with her non-stick pots they were just tossed in the box nothing to protect them from being scratched. The next box of pots I opened were her stainless steel ones were just

I selected Bekins because I thought they were a reputable company. They gave us a quote and agreed to our requested date; however, on the planned date, it was raining and I have a steep driveway so they refused to load. I live in Seattle where it rains 75% of the year and is very hilly. If they could only load on a dry day, they should have told us before it was scheduled. I was leaving town and they didn't load for over a week so fortunately, I had a good neighbor who supervised loading the truck. John Gish out of the Tacoma office was so wonderful in helping to make sure my things were able to be packed and moved within the tight timeframe I had available. He coordinated with the Federal Way crew and the two packers that were sent were so courteous, thorough, and fast. I would absolutely recommend again.

Bekins was great! We moved from the East Coast to the West with a strict budget. Bekins was flexible about our evaluation dates and their estimated costs were spot on! Their moving/packing/unloading staff was prompt and thorough. We had minimal property damage, understandable with such a big move, but overall we are very satisfied with this service!

About the actual move - Mark was in charge of the group of four and did a fantastic job. Wow, who would have thought moving could be so easy. We were so worried about all our belongings being delivered in shambles. With Kevin and Adam treating our wares as if they were their own, we had nothing to worry about. Even after the move they continued to support us by donating and helping out with our new elementary school auction. Thanks guys, we really appreciate your professionalism and generosity!!
