If you have an existing set of plans we can provide an estimate for construction. If you need a set of plans, we can provide the planning, design and permit ready finished set of plans for your project. A design build company can bridge the headache and hassle of hiring separate architects, engineers, contractors, etc.
Room additions of all kinds and sizes are a specialty of ArchiDesign. Years of experience have helped us to streamline the entire building process to make your project an enjoyable one. In addition, our team includes civil and structural engineers, landscapers, landscape designers and interior decorators when needed.
Any size kitchen remodel, addition or renovation can be simplified through our design and development program. During the design portion of the project, we will submit multiple layouts for your kitchen project. Combined with your ideas and our design expertise, we will produce a functional and beautiful kitchen that meets your needs and budget.
If you are considering building a custom home we can help. We have 35 years of home building experience. We can simplify an often difficult task of designing, planning and completing a large project that will make your experience easier and more enjoyable. Our staff will walk you through the design build process and then onto construction and finally completion of your new home.
Do we need a survey? Most cities and county areas do not require a survey for a back or side yard room addition. Front yard additions generally require a surveyors stamp after the foundation is poured. Any new home construction will require a survey. Do we get the permits? The owners pay for the required fees and have an option to acquire the permit, or have us acquire the permit.

Indeed their work is impressive, and Froilan Elizondo has a great eye and ingenuity to come up with design ideas that will accommodate your needs and wants. But BEWARE. Make sure you insist in him filling in the "Completion Date" on your contract before you sign. In my case I failed to ask for that and he simply left it blank. My job of railings and a spiral staircase for a new house which other welders in my neighborhood had done similar to mine in a few weeks took him almost a full year from contract signing date to installation. During that time he continuously lied about the status of my work

We were referred to Froilan at Archidesign for aluminum doors. We sent him a picture of a door that we found online and he delivered exactly that, down to the last detail. From beginning to end Froilan delivered what he promised. The day the door arrived for install, we were amazed of the quality and workmanship. True quality hands down without skimping on anything. Every time I open my door I am amazed of how heavy but secure the door really is. Highly recommend Archidesign over all other custom door makers out there.

Worst contractor ever. In my almost 20 years as a homeowner I've dealt with different type of contractors but this one is the worst. I hired him to build a fence on both sides of my house. They took all measurements wrong. The fence is uneven on the top, huge separation from the floor in many areas from where a dog can escape (and that was the main reason to have the fence built), and they did not fix it to the wall on one side and it feels now unsecured. Besides, he sent an unexperienced team (probably labor people hired that same day) to install it. I told them where my sprinklers lines were

Archidesign was absolutely great for me. They got the job done right on time and left it even better than expected. They gave a great price for the amount of fence that we had to place. They were quick and took about 2 weeks once they started construction. I have never been more happy about the finished product. I highly recommend them.

Peter and his crew are awesome. We had an 800+ foot addition to our house along with kitchen remodel. Peter does great work, in a timely manner, at reasonable prices. Peter was easy to work with, very receptive to all our questions/concerns, and more importantly, did the job right. It's been a year since the construction and my wife are completely satisfied with the work.
