M Lane is the contractor you wished for. They are responsive, professional, reliable, keep in contact and most importantly they are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I interviewed four contractors for our project which was a Trex deck. They were the only company who could answer every single one of my detailed questions. I had my bathroom remodeled and Mike, John and all did a fantastic job. I have now been using it for a while and so appreciate the thoughts they put in, the flawless tile work and plumbing. Also, had no worries about their staff in my house. I had this done during Covid and everyone was masked and careful. It's now a beautiful bathroom!

We love M Lane! We were caught off guard three months ago when a leak in our attic caused significant damage to our living and dining rooms ceilings. M Lane was one of five contractors we received quotes from. Not only was M Lane most affordable but they also provided us with honest and timely feedback and help to get our repairs done. The M Lane Construction Team was great to work with. They are professional, courteous and provided a quality remodel of my master bathroom. The owners contributed great design insight and material selection guidance. During construction the floors leading to the bathroom were covered, a zip wall was installed to isolate the crew from the rest of the home and the crew practiced responsible Covid-19 social distancing and wore masks. They also wiped down door handles and the surfaces with Clorox wipes every day when leaving.
The cost was exactly as estimated plus a couple scope changes that I made

Mike and his crew replaced our front porch and stairs with Trex decking material. We had significant dry rot damage. As we are in a homeowners association with specific rules, they were sensitive to all the restrictions and requirements imposed on them. They were wonderful to work with and we are very happy with the final result. Thanks guys. Hope to have you back soon! :)

Mike and his team helped prep my house to become a rental. It looks so good that I don't want to move!! I should have hired them years ago. They installed new closet doors/tracks, repaired a shower unit and painted walls and ceilings. They even tackled a difficult job of matching a custom wall surface in my office. The are real pro's! Mike and his crew worked on several projects on our house and we could not be happier. We would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.
Our main project was the removal of a wall between our kitchen and living room and installing a big island. We also painted multiple rooms and installed recessed lighting throughout the house.

I can't believe these folks don't have a single review here!
This is by far the most professional and genuine company that has handled my repairs.
I had water heater failure that caused mold damage to about a third of my house, downstairs.
My insurance company suggested a jackwagon for the job (I tried hiring him way before this ever happened, and he quoted me $$$$$$$$. Sorry, bro... Just because your name is on the company trucks doesn't mean you can spew amounts out of your face hole and think people will pay them).

I chose M lane construction to do a complicated deck in my backyard and man am I glad I did. Being in the construction industry, I can easily tell when somebody is feeding me a line of BS.
