Our garage springs broke so needed someone to replace it so I reached out to several businesses on Yelp to get quotes. David was prompt in his responses and gave a very good quote. I also bought a new garage door opener that needed to be installed which David installed as well. He was able to make it out within a few days and showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently, and finished the job right on time from when he said he would be finished. My Garage Door Opener died a few days ago. Don't know why. It was ONLY 24 years old. I did some diagnostics and determined it was the motor itself. I emailed David and described the symptoms and he agreed. I asked him to quote me a couple of options for a new motor. He got back to me a little bit later with 2 options. My garage door torsion spring broke and the door would no longer open. My wife was unable to park her car in the garage, which was a problem. Our garage door malfunctioned late Sunday night. I phoned Pro Line Garage and left a message on their answering machine. The following morning, I receive a call from David. David was extremely kind and was able to fit me in the same day. I had David out a few years back when the Garage door at our new house had stopped working (broken moter & broken springs). We had such a great experience that when we moved again and were having issues with our Garage door (super loud), I didn't even think twice about who to call. My garage door opener was 30+ years old and no longer functioning correctly. David replaced it with a new setup that included a battery backup system. It only took a few decades, but we finally updated our garage door. We were recommended to Proline and it's been a pain free experience. David had been incredibly helpful via email by recommending a door that fit our needs. Carlos had been assigned to do the install work. He noticed some wood rot on the door frame and offered to fix it at an extra fee. The cost was reasonable and it was one less thing for us to worry about later.
