I called around the Clarksville area for a pool company to help with my above ground pool but had no luck finding anybody. I started scouting the Knoxville area was having no luck. Was getting hung up on ....... The girl who answered the phone for this company told me they didn’t do service but still helped me with questions .... she did not hang up on me like other companies ... thank you good customer service. This has been several weeks ago ....

Absolutely horrible experience. Led us astray from the get go. We’ve had the pool for about 5 years now and there’s been problem after problem. I mean he led us to believe we didn’t need a drain on the bottom of the pool. Wrong! It was our first pool so clearly we didn’t know what we were getting into. We’re currently seeking out companies to do a complete overall of the entire job.

After publishing a positive review before the completion of my pool, I must add.
I must alter my review. My pool was never finished, nor were the products I paid for delivered in full. I have had to retain a lawyer to address these issues. It's heartbreaking when you spend your life savings, and your contractor does not deliver what was contracted.

Adam and crew at Classic Pools and Spas designed and built a truly beautiful pool for our family. They are friendly, hard working, and most importantly honest and trustworthy. From my experience with classic pool and spa I would definitely recommend them. Me and my family relocated to Knoxville TN and we wanted to buy a pool so we did some research for the local pool companies in are area. After we visit the companies we decided to go to classic pools and talked to Adam and Josh on a Friday afternoon, they both spent a quit of bit of time with me and my wife. They never made us feel like we were being a bother to them they didn’t try to rush us out the door they were very patient with us. We were there for about 2 hour going throw the different models different filter

When searching for a contractor to install a pool, quality and price are big factors. Something that is equally important is honesty, integrity, and communication. My story isn’t the happiest one but should make you feel great about using Adam at Classic Pools & Spas. My wife and I were thrilled to sign and get ready to install a pool in our back yard. We loved the design that CP&S came up with and couldn’t wait for them to start. We paid for our pool kit and equipment and the time came to pull permits for the dig and install. My wife and I researched pool companies in the Knoxville area and decided on Classic Pools and Spas because of the excellent reviews on Google. They absolutely lived up to their reputation. From the moment we walked in the door on a Saturday morning we felt welcomed and the fit seemed right. Adam was wonderful to deal with from the initial decision making all the way through the installation. We now have our pool installed and love how it turned out. The installation crew was extremely friendly, hard working and courteous. They worked until 9 o'clock at night to get it installed with no complaints

Adam and his team were wonderful to work with during our installation. They not only designed a great entertainment space but solved the drainage issues on our lot. But what most impressed me was how responsive they have been to our needs after installation, making several trips out to help us resolve user issues.
