Broke my TV a month ago, said they would handle it in a couple of weeks and file a claim, called in a couple of weeks nobody knew about the broken Tv no claim was made at all.. after a month of waiting they finally sent me a text that was extremely rude and unprofessional basically saying they can’t help us because we don’t have a receipt. They broke my $2000 TV and blocked me through text message? Complete joke.

Hired A-Plus to move into a one bedroom. Everything was boxed up and next to the door aside from the bed and dresser. A job that should only take 2 hours at most.... It took them FOUR HOURS to move a one bedroom. I was unpacking and moving stuff faster than the movers were bringing it in. It was incredibly frustrating. They clearly will take advantage of you with their hourly fee. I would not recommend and will never be using them again.

I originally ordered a queen size bedroom set from Omar at university mall. He uses them to deliver the furniture to his customers and charges them a moving fee, which was no problem to me. Today these guys moved/put together my bedroom set. The conversation was nice and they didn’t take that long. BUT the problem I have, is that after they finished, putting the set together, I noticed I have the styrofoam beads all over my carpet ( okay no problem I can vacuum it up, but they to be honest should have cleaned it), but whatever. They left these jumbo boxes in my front yard, which they never explained

They adjusted with my move being delayed multiple times with no issues and came promptly on the moving day. They were so quick and professional. Great experience with this company from start to finish. They were quick to respond and very responsive throughout the move. The movers were polite, worked fast and professional. The owner of company Kevin called several times during the move to check on how things were going, he even stopped by at the end of job because he happened to be near by. Scheduling the appointment was easy they sent a text filled out form and payment was secure through zelle. Can’t thank them enough they made a stressful move so much less stressful. Thanks again we will definitely use them again

Kevin and his crew were incredible. They are incredibly hard workers, detailed oriented and not one antique and piece of furniture were scratched, ruined or damaged. Having used "bigtime" national movers, the service, pricing and attention to detail that Kevin's company is not only cheaper, but far better than any moving company I have ever seen.
