We are so fortunate to have found John Rodriguez of Rodriguez Remodeling for our home project. I had my own hand-drawn plans for replacing our open-air patio with a screened-in porch at the back of our house. This would require major modifications to our house including replacing our entire living room wall (and fireplace) with a window wall, and adding onto the roof of our house for the new porch.
