I used their service on October 6th and my moving was very simple: the distance was almost 5 minutes drive, almost 80% of my belongings were in garage and left in garage in a new place and we had only 3 pieces to carry to second level. Overall even as their crew said was an easy job. The team arrived 9:15 within the window I have been told but they showed up as 2 instead of 3 ppl. I said it is all good as the job wont even take 3 hours with 2 ppl (imo). They started fast and everything was alright. Another gentleman also arrived at 10:00 and their manager offered me a discount since he arrived

I called Vector Moving and Storage because I needed a quote on how much it would cost me to move. The person I spoke with was very informative and helpful. He explained in detailed everything that I needed to know for the move. Five days out before the move, I received an email stating that my move was coming up soon. Then 2 days before the move, I received another email. The day of the move, I received a call stating the approximate time the movers would be arriving at my house.

We have moved 8 times in the last 11 years. This is by far the best moving company we have ever used. The guys were very polite and very hard working. This is the first time we have not had our furniture and belongings broken, walls dinged, thermostats ripped off the wall, staining on our carpets, etc. I am hoping this will be our last move, but if we ever have to move again, we will definitely use this company again. We worked with Keola, Igor, Nikoli and Aydin. They were all wonderful.

EDIT TO ADD: After requesting to speak with an employee at a higher level, they did hear me out, and did understand my frustration regarding how I was treated by the first employee. Ultimately, we negotiated to… have two hours and the entire tip refunded with no insurance claims on the damaged furniture.

We used unloading service. 3 guys for 3 hours. They have done a great job! Especially the young tall guy! Very professional and just what we want. The owner Eddie is very responsible and a great business owner. My moving dates had to be changed multiple times due to the delay of the UPCAK truck, he was always very helpful! Highly recommended!

The team of 3 were better than we could have hoped for. They arrived on time and did a walk-through to verify everything that needed to be moved and quickly organized to wrap the furniture and load the truck. We felt well prepared as the boxes were all packed and stacked and walkways for moving the furniture were cleared.
Before departing, they did a walk-through to make sure nothing was missed. Once at the destination, they were efficient and professional. Everyone wore masks.

I used Vector Moving when I moved from the Bay Area, California to Bend, Oregon. I received an email a week prior to remind me of the move and again two days before the move. Chris called me the night before the move. The day of the move Chris called me 30 mins before arrival. Chris and his team arrived and were ready work. Chris lead his team efficiency and safely. The truck arrived the next morning promptly at 0900. Again Chris and David unload the truck and put all my belongings in the right rooms and put together my beds. I was really happy with Chris and David they were both very productive

They broke my $500 marble table, piled boxes on top of another box labeled fragile (and broke the dishes in them), shoved parts of my hardwood dining table into a box and scratched them up.
They threw a runner up one part of the stairs that partially rolled down and only covered 4 steps. My carpet that was just professionally cleaned is now dirty.
All for $1700.

My second time using Vector. Price is competitive. Both times they were on time, worked hard, great attitudes. Good communication. This weekend - the guys all had great senses of humor - when things went wrong - as they always do - they just rolled with it and laughed. This place helped us move our elderly parents with the least amount of stress possible. Especially during the pandemic!
We needed to have their entire house packed and moved to Sacramento from San Jose.
The guys were so caring and never got annoyed when we asked for them to be extra careful when packing the antiques.
They always had on gloves and masks even while moving the really heavy stuff!
My parents have a lot of tight doorways and tricky areas to move things in and out of but when everything was out of my parents home they left behind zero scratches, stains, footprints or dirt!
