In addition to being extremely punctual and thorough - inside and outside of the house - James was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Extremely pleasant to talk to, and really, REALLY proud of his work - careful and meticulous with covering everything. Very affordable too! Highly recommended.

This guy is just fantastic! He went far and beyond on a SUNDAY!!! My baby's playroom had ants galore when i woke up it was a creepy crawling nightmare! I called serval places telling me they where too busy or dont work on sunday! I ran into James from chase inator pest control and he was very bubbly and very eager to help me with in the hour! He came on time and had great prices under $100!!

I requested the service of Chase-inator Pest Control from Groupon knowing that they are the only 5 star-rated pest control in Las Vegas.
Jim called me promptly and explained everything from the solution they use to the method how they use it to a point that I want to meet him and see what he does and surely he did not disappoint.
Jim showed up on time very knowledgeable, very professional and something I would say is very rare nowadays. A person with a big heart.
Jim did his work with precision and skill backed by experience and science.
The conversation afterwards is what made me appreciate

Discovered Chase-inator thanks to Groupon. I called on a Thursday and within one minute received a return phone call. I was scheduled four days later, on a holiday, no less. Technician arrived exactly on time, and send a text reminder.
Technician was respectful of my property and wore shoe coverings and a mask due to Covid-19 still being a pandemic.
I felt technician was knowledgeable, friendly and sincere in his interest to resolve my ant problem.
I would definitely recommend Chase-inator Pest Control and would use them in the future.

I have so many great things to say that I don't even know where to start. We just purchased our home & it is pretty clear the previous owners didn't do a whole lot of "caring" for this property, especially when it comes to pest control. This morning for the first time I saw actual red mites in our kitchen so needless to say after checking my community in next door for small business owners I opened Google & the search was on. I am SO happy I found Jim! He called me right back & he came out the same day. (They open at 7am which is perfect for early birds like us.

Hired beyond pest control but was treated very poorly by them and had a lot of miscommunication on their part, ended up cancelling them and going with Chase-inator... such a great experience, so far so good, no bugs in sight. James was so pleasant to work with. We plan on sticking with him for the foreseeable future.

There is good and then there is great. These guys are great. Jim is responsive and goes out of his way to explain what is going on and help solve the issue. We were not asked to sign contracts and they didn't try to tack on other services.
I should also note that we are always concerned about our pets and what might affect them. They assured us that everything they use is not only safe but they use it in their own home. That also gave us comfort. We have been using them for several years now and wouldn't even think of changing.

I moved into a new home and realized I had a BAD spider problem. Wolf spiders to be exact.. and BIG ones. I was using the restroom one morning, and right below my feet, huge spider. Was hanging out in my backyard painting pumpkins, look over to my right and HUGE spider. I decided I needed pest control. I had never used pest control in my life. Never had a problem with bugs even in Las Vegas. I called this company and a man came out and spent around 15 minutes spraying inside and outside. He did not clear any spider webs, just sprayed. I was relieved when he left, cause I thought my spider problem

I have to write a review for this company, after trying several others and feeling like they were not very thorough. I was blown away by the service from Chase -inator pest control. Jim was extremely friendly, thorough, and answered all of my questions. He mixed the compound specifically for our needs and could not have been more helpful! We have definitely found our new pest control company.
