I paid $4000 for them to do whatever the hell they wanted ignore what I wanted ruined my car lied to me about it and try to get away Scott free. They're crooks they're criminals they will rip you off and they don't care. Don't let the general manager fool you he will call you friend to your face and still screw you over. Probably the most unethical place I've ever been. They ruined a custom tune and replaced it with garbage. I know of people in prison that aren't this bad.

Awesome service (as usual) from Kendall Ford in Eugene. The service staff went above and beyond to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and assist me with an emergency tire problem. I've always received great service from Ford and this was just another example. Thank you Kendall Ford!

2nd Update. Pat never called. Josh from service called. Remember this was a used truck sale so Pat (Sales) passes problem to Josh (Service). Josh was great even though he had nothing to do with this issue.

Tom (owner) - you have my phone number so why don't you call me or send me the written apology as asked for. This is your company's failure.

Josh told me that I'd get maybe one more mailer that was already out and couldn't be stopped. I got it Dec 10th, 2021. It asked me to drive 900 miles to get a oil change. Even without the "do not solicit" request this

I was greeted promptly and courtesy by staff. Checked in and discovered a recall that had just came out for my truck The service department not only did my schedule maintenance but worked my truck in to address the recall to avoid another appointment. All done while I waited in a very clean customer waiting room.
Very happy with the work and the price was good.

Sales managers at Kendall Ford are engaged in deceptive sales techniques. I purchased an extended service contract when I purchased my new Ford F-150 with the promise that I would get a Ford recommended service schedule (since those are no longer provided with new Ford vehicles—only an owners manual). Despite my own independent attempts to find a service schedule online, calls to the Kendall Ford Service Department, and repeated calls to the Sales Manager, I was never able to get a service schedule for my F-150. After all these failed attempts, I requested cancellation of my service contract

The customer service at Kendall Ford in Eugene should absolutely be the standard. Courtney Sutton went above and beyond in customer service and knowledge of what needed to happen to get things rolling. She took care of everything with my insurance and checked in with me every step of the way. I live in Portland but will drive down to Eugene to get my Ford serviced there thanks to Courtney and her team!

Dan Wrightinton and Dylan where awesome to work with. I bought my ranger from them new 17yrs ago and now just bought the new bronco sport from Kendall ford of Eugene. They treated me good, fair price on both car and trade in. They went the extra way to make sure I had everything from plates, accessories and parts I ordered. I highly recommend dan and his team, I’ll be back in the next year or 2 to get my fiancé her new rig.

The first time i went in for a service for my 2017 mustang, they said my warranty didn’t cover anything when my car was bone stock which was interesting but I didn’t complain. So I had to pay upwards $1.5k-2k on service out of pocket after many visits. I was a loyal customer until a different employee told me that my warranty may still be viable AFTER I modified my car.. If i would’ve known that my mustang still had warranty I wouldn’t have modified it. Then i ran across a more serious issue with a cylinder misfire issue which I know can be a labor intensive job which I was willing to pay

I hit a rock and I needed to replace a radiator in my car. I dropped my car off in April and they've had it for seven weeks now and it still isn't ready. I've never had a small project like this go on for more than a month. Do you not get your car fixed here I'm sure the other services might be OK but as far as repair try and go somewhere else. If I had 50$ for everytime they said it would be ready tomorrow I'd be rich.

I recently purchased a new truck from Kendall Ford. My sales associate Joe made the experience seamless. He was respectful of my time and always accommodating when I test drove the vehicle over the course of a few days. What really stands out to me about Kendal Ford is how professional their staff are. Joe has called me three times since I purchased the truck to check in on me and the service manager I spoke to for an after-market install has been nothing but accommodating. Great team. I'll definitely be going back to Joe and Kendal Ford for my next truck in a few years.

Kendall Ford did a service on our truck. We were able to make an appointment within a few days without any problems. The person we spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful.

When we got to the dealership, the Quick Lube bays are the last two on the end of service. You pull up, the door opens and you drive in where someone meets you to fill out paperwork. All service workers we met with are wearing masks-though many wearing the thin gaiters that go around their neck-which didn't make me feel that protected.

I made a deal over the phone with Glenn Manser to buy a car I'd seen on Kendall Ford of Eugene's website.
I asked if there was anything beyond expected wear etc.
"No".
I know it's "used" and expected chips etc (which it had).
However:
We drove an hour and a half to get there (and then back) along with using a quarter tank of gas in my truck. Once there we found that the vehicles' passenger side of the front bumper had a Very large tear/ puncture from the edge, there was a small crease on the panel just behind the front right tire and the license

So I have a friend who came to Kendall about three years ago. I don't remember what he had fixed, but I remember him complaining about them breaking something. Well three years later I guess I should've remembered that sooner.

Well I sent my Ford to Kendall because it wouldn't change out of four wheel drive and my CD player ate my favorite CD. So not only did they try to tell me that my CD player was fine, the AC wouldn't work when I was driving it back home. It was fine after a few laps around the block, but they really gave me a scare.

I am updating my review of Kendall Ford. So, two years ago durning a brake job, the smashed my car into a pole. They of course didn't tell me this and I had to fight them to fix it. Durning the brake job, they checked my driver side window since I was having issues with it. They gave me a quote for the window. I decided not to and left it as be.

Fast forward to last night. Driving to work and the switch cover for my side mirrors falls off. Turns out the clips where broken and someone put double sided tape to hold it on. Now I know, it's been two years, blah blah. But, this car was bought

Cant give them a zero, recall from ford they could not get it right took 2 days then after they worked on it found new noise, parts not replaced and parts left lose under the hood. TOOK it back another DAY Without care Returned and the Job still not Complete Boot Left off Steering Column never again this place is a joke and bunch of rokies.

My husband and I pulled up to test drive a couple of trucks tonight. An employee had parked a show car in the lines between the handicap spaces rendering them both utterly useless. Those lines are there so you know NOT to park there so people with wheelchairs can enter and exit their vehicles via ramps. We parked crooked so we could get our son out of our van and into his chair. Then we looked at each other and said "If they don't respect us and our needs then they don't deserve our business".

We packed up and left.

I was on a trip from Seattle to Sacramento when I truck shifted from 6th gear to 1st gear instantly at 60 MPH and the accelerator would not respond. I stopped at Kendall Ford in Eugene. They found diagnostic code 19N01. My wife found online that the truck's symptoms were a recall. Kendall said they replicated the problem but then on the work order said they could not. Instead they recommended replacing spark plugs, ignition coil and perform a tune up. Cost $565! They told me they were 100% confident the problem was resolved. We just got our second preowned vehicle from Kendall Ford. If I had to wrap up our experiences with them in one word, it would be VALUE! This time we got a beautiful, newer van with low miles for tons under kbb. We also got top dollar for our old van which we thought was going to cost us money to get rid of.

Ask for LUBY! He was an absolute delight to work with on our end but must've been a bull dog behind the scenes to get us such a good deal on our new van, our old van and our financing. We had way more road blocks on our end than anticipated and he was incredibly understanding and kept

I had purchased my truck from Kendall in 2000 and Terry Conolly was the best salesman I could meet. He found the 4x4 I was looking for and was willing to put on a winch and new tires....

Fast forward.. Time to replace the wife's car so we go to the fairgrounds for the Kendall Memorial Day sales event. The sales people are a new crop and terrible.
