We were very happy with the latest service appointment. We have never had a bad experience…from the original purchase with Sing , through all our service apps. This last one with warranty work had a work window of several hours and we were given rental. We liked the service guy who assisted us and would give him kudos but can not remember his name. Kendall is very good company to deal with.

My experience was wonderful. I bought my first new car ever in 65 yrs, so I didn't know what to expect.
I feel glad that I met T.J. who just took time with me and wanted me to get the car that would work best for ME!
I never felt pressure or hurried and things were explained to me clearly so I would know what to expect in the process. And everything that was explained actually turned out to be true.

The best experience I have ever had with a vehicle dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Kendall Subaru was friendly and helpful. They gave me a great price for my trade in and the whole process couldn't have gone any smoother. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I will absolutely be returning to Kendall. I love my new 2020 WRX! A special shout out to TJ Ames for making the buying experience soooooo easy. He was honest, friendly, and has great attitude. TJ even checks in every now and again to let me know that I can contact him for any Subaru questions that I might have . I was also fortunate to be the first customer at their brand new location on Goodpasture Island Rd and look forward to coming back for my WRX's first oil change and any other services I may need.

Not happy with the service shop at this dealership. I took my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport in for its first service, and got it back without my rear back seat protectors. After I got home, I could see that rear cargo area was accessed by the tech or someone else from the dealership; most likely to enter the spare tire compartment. The service adviser was professional and courteous, but this is unacceptable.
Not only will I never take my vehicle to them again, I will NOT be purchasing their 2022 Outback Trail Edition in two weeks. Shame on you Kendall Subaru.

Buying a car can be both stressful and expensive, while also being frustrating at times. I shopped for 5 months to find exactly what I wanted, talking to scores of sales people, with no success, until I reached out to Kendall Subaru and got connected to Andrew.
The first plus was how Andrew listened and talked through alternatives to what I wanted. He offered a great solution of ordering a cart with the specs I wanted, which was something I had never done.
