Dan and Carry were awful. They charged us a ridiculous amount and when the problem wasn’t corrected they were rude and refused to refund the amount we paid. Don’t support this business.
UPDATE: After reading this review someone from Kendall Toyota called us. Not to try to make things right but to only talk about the review. I had my previous car for 17 years and was not looking forward to car shopping. To say Katelyn at Kendall Toyota was helpful is an understatement. She listened to what I wanted, and needed. After test driving some cars I decided on a Toyota Corolla. With Katelyn's help we were able to find the right car in a difficult time for car shopping. I was in town visiting relatives and I decided to have the oil changed on my 2015 Tundra. I made an appointment online for something called express service. I had an appointment time and showed up at the appointed time. My service advisor Sammy wrote me up and showed me to the waiting area. Approximately approximately 45 minutes later Sammy came in and told me about the service inspection on the truck. The few things that needed done were things I was aware of and could take care of myself and

I cannot recommend this dealership enough!!! My daughter lives in Eugene and we, her family live in CA. She needed a car but we were concerned that she was alone up there with no family support when making such a purchase. She went to Kendall Toyota where she was treated with such care that my heart felt relieved... her salesperson was John White and he was the absolute BEST!!! He really helped a young woman alone to get the car she could afford and wanted.... he treated her with kindness and respect and we, here are so very grateful! My experience with Kendall Toyota was a real mixed bag...good service on the first visit with attentive staff and info, and fairly weak to poor service on the second visit to complete the service items list (14 items!) from the first visit.
While they saved me some cash on one repair (by my adding another not yet needed service, for a discount), they cost me on two others. One was not their fault, as an old nut was rusted shut, but the fix added two hours to the job.
Be warned: your car WILL be repaired, and correctly, I believe, but at a high cost.

We called Kendall Toyota because we saw a car we liked on the website. We asked to purchase the car over the phone. Kayleb answered our call and made the process very easy and provided us with text updates to let us know when the wire transfer was completed. The people in finance were also great. They reviewed all the warranty options that were available to us and answered all of our questions. Pricing was upfront and there wasn't any back and forth. Before we drove away in our new car, Kayleb took time to make sure we didn't have any immediate questions and he helped me set up

I brought my car in knowing I had a parasitic draw on the 12v battery and paid you $133 for you to tell me what I told you without getting any additional info in return. No expectation was set that I may need to invest another $200-$300 until after the appointment, and then upon further questioning I was told it was possible I still wouldn’t know anymore after dropping that Additional expense.

L moved from California,I Suported my local Toyota Dealer, for twenty years.I moved to Springfield Oregon, I wanted to support my local Dealership, so I went to Lithia Toyota in Springfield.A salesman met my wife and I at the gate we told him our lease on our 2018 Highlander was up ,and we wanted to explore our options, on either keeping our vehicle, or getting into Another vehicle.The salesman said wait here,he went in the back and came out,he said we will have to Charge you 500.for the lease inspection. I said I have never heard of anything like that,and I have leased of ten vehicles in the past

I took my Tacoma to Kendall Toyota for a malfunction in the brake lights/turn signals. They kept the vehicle for 72 hours and then reported that they were unable to diagnose/fix the problem, and billed me $470 for the time they spent unsuccessfully searching for the problem. The service manager was belligerent, bullying and unwilling to have a conversation about the exorbitant bill for nothing accomplished. Eventually the general manager stepped in and lowered the bill for non-accomplishment to a mere $159!!
I will never again take any vehicle to a Kendall dealership.

So if you want to be over charged and taken advantage of this is the place for you.
I had a leak appear in the cab of my truck so reluctantly I had to take it to a auto body shop, unfortunately Kendall was the only place available with in a week for appointments.
These mofos misdiagnosed the peak the first time and charged me 700 dollars, when I brought the truck in to have them look at it again they, said it's actually my whole sunroof that needed to be replaced cause of a faulty gasket, which would be $1300. I asked if they could just replace the gasket and told me no cause it comes

Where do I begin????My honey Frank Alexander and I Marrisa Grant made our way to Kendal to buy a Toyata Highlander.I am always hesitant to deal with car sales men or ladies as they tend to be pushy and I always run out the door!!I want to Thank. It came with one, but it wasn't working, so I scheduled a time recently to have the keyfob I have looked at. I've historically had good service at Kendall, and today wasn't any different. I came for an oil change: it was quick, and the staff was friendly. However, while I was waiting I couldn't help but notice that the waiting area was stocked with some super gross, completely discredited right-wing propaganda. I suspect they would claim they set out periodicals to appeal to a wide variety of interests -- but there weren't any equivalent neutral or left-leaning political readings to be found. I'm disappointed that this company would promote such hateful and false rhetoric.
