If I could leave 0 stars I would, I bought a truck from this place and it drove fine for the test drive and even on the 2 hour drive home. Then it started to have issues, the transmission started slipping and clunking. I tried to reach out to the dealership through calls and email with no luck. When I did get through I got put on hold and the eventually hung up on. I took the truck to the mechanic and they said with what was wrong with the transmission there is virtually no way they didn’t know unless they had no inspections done. Go somewhere else and find a more honest dealer. I lost a lot

JL Auto will not be getting our business ever again. We bought a vehicle from them trusting their word that they would fix a few of the things wrong and yes those things were written into our contract. They have since changed their word 3 times and are not doing as they have stated they would do. I do not do well with people / businesses that say… they are going to do something and then don't do it or change what they are willing to do.... 3 times!!! I will not recommend them nor will I ever do business with them again. We chose to do business with them as they are a small local company

I do not usually do reviews but the experience that I had was so good I feel like I need too. I can not say enough good things about Derrick and Jerry they are awesome and made this whole car buying experience a pleasure and a breeze I bought a 2018 Ram 2500 from them about 3 weeks ago I have put 2,000 miles on it already and the truck is great. I came in to look at the truck towards the end of the day I decided that I wanted the truck we did all the paperwork and sent it off Derrick and Jerry stayed a ways past closing time to see if we would get a answer from the bank even though they didn’t

Honestly I was ready to give him $3,800 until I saw the condition of the motorcycle 3/4 of the rear tire wore out look like somebody had spilled something all over the bike fingerprints all over it all over the Chrome some kind of banner laying across the top of the bike right on top of the paint anybody would have treated my motorcycle like that I would have made them all of it wash it you don't treat other people's equ ipment. And then the unreasonable disposition of this is the way it is and then changing the story three times about the sale of the motorcycle very disappointing

First truck we bought here had a bad wiring harness, couldn't be fixed due to tge part being on back order and the warranty we paid for wouldn't cover it because it was a known issue that the dealership didn't disclose. They did agree to trade it in after months of back and forth but only if we bought a more expensive vehicle from them. Since we… needed a truck, we agreed to the trade. The 2nd truck also had issues and shut off while going down the freeway, we got that fixed and decided to sell it. We just found out that the 2nd truck was wrecked twice before we bought it and had $20,000

Found and bought a tahoe that I really liked and was in my price range.I had questions about extended warranty and Derrick said he didn't know the answer. I paid cash and he said he would call me on Tues as mon was a holiday. I haven't heard a word. During the purchase process he just he just sat there and did computer things. Had a meh attitude. After all paperwork done, all I get is a "put temp sticker in back window,thanks" I had to hunt down tahoe. Didn't even walk out to vehicle with us after sale.

Great people over there. Bought a truck recently wasn’t pressured or hassled in the parking lot. Check engine light came on during the test drive they through the code reader on and fixed every issue that came up without any problem or money out of my pocket. They definitely took care of me and I love the truck I got. Support local small businesses and definitely give them a shot at getting you in a truck.

JL had the truck I wanted at a price I liked - Jesse personally delivered the new truck to my place of business. The whole process took less than 45 minutes of my time. This is how dealerships should run. Don't go anywhere else for your used car or truck!

This is the absolute worst place to buy a truck from! I drove 2 hours to buy a truck from them and they were very responsive and were great during the the whole buying process. I left the dealership feeling… like I got a great deal and had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. That quickly changed as the next day my engine light came on with a code for the def tank heater. It was covered by gmc by a special extended warranty they had so that wasn’t that big of a deal. My husband and I bought a truck from JL Auto Sales and had a great buying experience! There was a part not working in the truck after we got home, and they were quick to get it into the shop and paid for it to be fixed. When we bought the truck we also bought a warranty for $3500.00. Upon taking the truck to our mechanic, we were told multiple things that needed fixed on the truck; a lot of it being covered under this warranty. When our mechanic called the warranty company to file the claim they said they had not been paid yet. We called JL Auto and they assured us they would get a check sent over

Bought a truck with a “newly rebuilt transmission” and they told us it came with a one year 100,000 mile warranty and a week down the road it’s having major issues. Called for the warranty and the warranty company says it’s a non transferable warranty unlike what the dealership told us. They refuse to answer our calls or texts trying to get a hold of them about the issues we’re having. Luckily the warranty company is making an exception to help us out sense the dealership screwed us over. Very sketchy work, do not recommend buying or doing business with them.

I was checking out some trucks, I wanted to get a clean diesel with little problems. One of the owners left a remark “we might not have anything you like because your too picky”. We ended up finding a 2010 dodge, test drove, everything went well, had minor issues. We came back to negotiate and he said “well are you ready to buy the truck?” And I… replied by asking how much wiggle room he had on price, and he said there was no wiggle room and walked out the door and started showing someone else the vehicle before I was even done talking. All the guys there are laid back and easy to work with. They helped me get out of a car I was upside down with and got me into a nice and clean 2016 cummins. Any questions I had or things I wanted to add or even switch out on the truck they had no problem helping out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good experience and a good quality vehicle.

Beware my truck came from Canada. The winters are very hard on vehicles and the use salt on the roads. My truck had multiple problems and they took care of a couple but I was told the rest was on me. Get a Carfax report. They are great guys but after paying 35K I expected more.
