We "kids" (we're all fifty-something adults) hired this mover to move my father from So. California to be up in Oregon by us. We thought we'd done our due diligence.
We carefully made a list of all items and described all the furniture in detail, multiple times. They continually got it wrong and we had to keep re-contacting them to get a correct list before we signed a contract.
When moving day arrived, the company's driver falsely claimed most of the furniture wasn't on the list, and wanted $4000 more! After we pointed out that most of the items were most definitely

Even it's own employees wouldn't use this moving service. Everything arrived broken, boxes were missing and they will continue to escalate the price. No redemption, responsibility, or follow through when reporting all this, incurred thousands in broken and lost items and they couldn't careless.

My girlfriend and I used BLVD moving to move our furniture and some family heirlooms and they "lost" our medicines, a box of undergarments, and family photo albums. They damaged several pieces of furniture and just about every box was crushed, including ones marked fragile. Broken glass was found in multiple places and the boxes looked like they were urinated on. I cant tell if it's because they hate that we are lesbians or not, but the staff was VERY rude and hung up on us so many times. They refuse to admit the damages happened in their care and have offered not even an apology

Sam quoted us at $3k for everything, which was a big lie. Victor, Jack, and co. ended up extorting almost $10k out of us in order to get our possessions back. They hand people an iPad and claim it's just signing that you are present when picking items up, but in actuality they are having you sign forms releasing them of any damages up to $1300 (while refusing to let you read it.) They did more than $5k worth of damage to our items and claimed it was like that when they picked it up. We are also missing several medications, some of which are controlled substances. We moved from Los Angeles to Nashville and the experience after pickup was awful.
1. This company doesn't open until 8 am pacific time. If you are doing business in another time zone you need to be open. PERIOD.
2. Customer service has no idea what's going on.
- we got a call 2 days after they picked up our items to tell us our payment did not go through. We checked our account and the amount was debited. I called her back and told her and she looked and said ok.

Not possible to give zero stars, but I would if I could. My story is too long, and did not fit on the page. Suffice it to say I was quoted about $6500 for a cross-country move, CA to MA. And, while I admit I added stuff to the move, I packed most of it myself. First they told me my street wasn't wide enough, and they'd have to unload my stuff to another truck, and it would be another $1100. Then, when I got the bill, and they had already loaded my things, it turned out to be $8280. And, that was HALF. Other half due in MA. This was July 20. I asked very nicely if the delivery

Oh boy, where do I begin. I used this company for a move from California to Florida based on a recommendation from a friend who used them for the same move. Man was my experience different than his.

Just don't do it. They are not worth the trouble, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. When the movers got there on the day of the move, they told us it would cost us DOUBLE the original price (making claims like: "this desk is not large it's extra large?!!"). So know that the price they give you on the phone and email contract is not set until the movers come. This was never told to us. We ended up getting charged only slightly more than the original price promised to us after ARGUING FOR HOURS over the phone with the office and threatening to use a different service.

These guys were friendly, responsive and prompt and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as excellent service at the most affordable price you can find. They moved me from one downtown condo to another as well as additional pieces uptown and to a suburb out of town, all within a 5 hour period. They worked to keep the time down and went above and beyond to move large pieces efficiently.

These guys are great. They came in fully prepared and moved so quick not wasting even a single second. Before I even knew it my house was in their truck and they were on their way to our new place. They were mindful not to step in with shoes to our new place and they were careful with all our items. I highly recommend it. No hassle and no hidden fees.

Not only did this company cost me a $2100 deposit when they cancelled the contract with the broker without notifying me, over $3000 in expenses to get a last minute move set up, lost wages from the extra time having to drive cross country and load/unload the truck, and $3500 in extra rent for the additional month that had to be paid so I'd have time to clean up their mistakes, they went above and beyond to take their screw ups to the highest level. They are now spamming me with other customers personal information and sending other customers my personal information.

We were forced into a quick move situation and had 5 days to find, arrange, book, and place a deposit on a mover to get us out of our 3bd 2bth townhome of 7yrs. We had a horrible experience when moving IN with another mover so finding BLVD MOVING was a relief. The moment the 3 man crew showed up at our home I knew we were in good hands.

HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!? I swear this is a front for some underground operation. Don't believe the quote they give you and the speech of how this is a special low price opportunity. I provided all aspects of details like measurements, pictures and weight but big surprise! As soon as they get your stuff, there's tacked on fees ambushing you with every sad excuse in the book to validate it. And we're not talking $200-$300 extra in fees. We're talking an additional $5000!

I had a great experience with Blvd. moving ! This is the second time I have used them . Customer service was so accommodating. They did everything possible to accommodate my needs and fit me into their booked schedule.
Enrique and his team were top notch! So very experienced. I swear they were Supermen. The move wasn't an easy one. They glided right through it with ease. So professional. No task to hard. Enrique knew exactly what to do to fit my huge washer and dryer into a normal door. He took off door hinges, and put them back soon as the appliances were in place.

Luis , Walter , Eric and Jimmy were great helping to deliver our furniture . They were very flexible careful and always willing to help to ensure all items are placed in the right areas of the house in order to reduce the stress of moving furniture around. I highly recommend this company and the team. Only thing they needs to review their acceptance of cashier cheques where I don't see the risk of this to the company.

7 pieces of furniture out of every 10 will be delivered relatively safe (some minor damage), and still in working condition. 3 pieces of furniture will be damaged and rendered useless, and you will need to them throw out. But don't hope for any resolution for anything damaged, going with BLVD means you will be out of luck!
In late-June 2021, I used BLVD to move from San Jose to Los Angeles. The crew picking the furniture in San Jose were fine, efficient and careful.
The crew of three dropping off the furniture were OK, one of the guys was quite lazy and only half-heartedly

I initially scheduled my move from California to Phoenix with BLVD Moving back in October 2020. I gave them a deposit ($100) and Matt Freeman assured me that it was fully refundable if I decided to go with another option.
I was quoted a much better price by Vector Moving. So I called and emailed Matt- (funny how available he is until you want your deposit refunded)- and when he finally responded, he once again reassured me that I would receive my deposit back.
8 months later... still no deposit refunded.
(No phone call, email or letter from the company was received; they took no action

I've been patiently waiting for 22 days to write this review but I couldn't as they were holding my missing items captive. This is a terrible moving company that delivered my priceless items (my recently deceased mother's possessions) very late. After a tardy delivery date, I got a call from ZOE (an uncompassionate diabolical individual) who informed me that my items would be arriving later that afternoon, but because they can't fit the 18 wheeler truck in San Francisco, I was presented with the ultimatum of either meeting them outside
