I was looking for a moving company that has quality service at a reasonable price! I found it!!!!! Neko and Milk were absolutely great!!! They were professional, fast and gave great customer service!!!! In addition when I began my search several companies replied but the price was enormous for my needs. Bre, Aaron, and Shad did an excellent job with moving all my furniture and many boxes! They did it quickly and efficiently. I had some boxes that were falling apart from the previous move and they handle them with such care that I really appreciated. This is the second time I’ve used Fox Moving and both times I’ve had amazing movers. I definitely will be using them again in the future! I highly recommend Fox Movers in Charlotte. Devin, Cisco and Chris were such a professional crew. They responded to all our request with a positive attitude. We have many large pieces that were difficult to move and they moved them with a smile. They were very careful to wrap and protect our furniture. We were missing a few shelves to a dresser and they worked to locate them and return them where many movers would have just not responded. Thanks again for a job well done!

Do NOT use this company under any circumstances for any purpose. The salesperson presented a fantastic “presentation” prior to signing a contract for our move. Items were to be inventoried and we were to be… given a listing of items before the trucks left our property. This did not happen. The staff that moved us from the house we sold was irresponsible in that the did not strap items to their hand trucks as the attempted to move solid wood furniture down a curved staircase. Two dressers and a chest of drawers became dislodged from the hand truck and tumbled freely down the staircase

Can not express how amazing this company is!!!! We just closed on our first home and hated the thought of moving ourselves. What would have taken us days to do took our amazing movers 5.5 hrs! Jason, Aaron and Floyd were beyond amazing, efficient, friendly, polite and informative. I am still blown away at the speed and quality of their work. We had an outstanding experience with Jason, Aaron, and Floyd. We had a complicated move with two different destinations and a long distance that resulted in a marathon day (until 11:30pm). Jason is an excellent leader and expert packer in looking out for our delicate items, Aaron was great at maneuvering some larger pieces, and Floyd is a constant… hard worker and such a sweet person. They were all friendly, flexible, and most importantly careful (didn’t feel like I had to keep my eye on them unlike other movers). Most impressive was that they kept up the excellent work from start

The guys were efficient, friendly, and mostly capable. Overall, I was very impressed with their hustle and professional. However there were three things that were not acceptable for me. The first was that they were not able to get my refrigerator out of my house. This is not all their fault, but as moving specialists they should have the tools and ability to problem solve. Not having tools like pliers and screwdrivers is a problem as well. What if mine had not been accessible? The second issue was that several items were left at my house and there was no effort or offer from Fox to retrieve them

These guys worked very efficiently, moved everything we needed, nothing got damaged, they were respectful while they were moving things into our new home, and overall were very smart, polite and pleasant! I was impressed with how thorough and careful they were, and how hard they worked. We’ve used other companies, and this has been by far the best and easiest moving experience! The guys were very nice and fit everything we needed into 2 trucks. They disassembled what we hadn't already. If I asked them to move a box somewhere they did it without any negativity at all. They took everything upstairs for us which was awesome and they did it with a smile and humor. They did ask several times before they left if there was anything else we needed them to do.

When you expect a quote that quote should include time and travel. Don't surprise the customer after it is all said and done with an added fee of $139.00. The crew was good granted the 2 guys out of the 3 had only been with the company a week and the 3rd guy well he took our head board/foot board and frame apart after I pointed out that only the… mattress and box spring were coming then he didn't listen about following me to the new place. Hourly charge should start when they get to the job not when they are gassing up and headed that way. Emailed Frank the manager and he comes back stating
