I've moved every year during my 6 years in San Diego. Each year I've worked with new movers and most have done a good job, but I've never experienced a fantastic job.
It did take a while for me to get on the same page with the office admin regarding liability insurance in case the damage my new home. This did take a few days and emails to get on the same page about. I scheduled my move between 8 - 9 am on a Sunday.
The day of the move the team was on time, arriving at 8:45am. I don't know where they get their movers, but they are from the land of GIANTs. One in particular

Chris, Phil, and Maserati at Cube Moving did a fantastic job moving our belongings. All three worked very diligently and were polite and considerate every step of the way. James is super nice and friendly.
We got a recommendation from our realtor.
After shopping around, their fees are on the affordable side.
Came on time and finished on time.
The 2nd helper was a bit slower and took his time but overall they finish the job as estimate.

Chris and his team did an excellent job with our local move. I have used several moving companies in the past and these guys were the best crew I've ever hired. They were professional, efficient and did a great job ensuring all of our belongings arrived at our new home in perfect condition. We had a great experience with the Cube team. They moved us from our office space and into a storage unit. The movers were respectful of our space and our things. They moved quickly and communicated well. We had quite a few speed bumps (none were the fault of the movers) along the way but they navigated them well! We would for sure use them again.

Serhii and Alex were excellent and mindful. I had regretfully gotten storage that was too small but somehow they managed to make it work. Very hardworking, kind and creative! Cube SAVED THE DAY. Our movers got stuck at a job longer than expected and sent Cube over to us to help us out. Not only were Chris and Christian professional and efficient, they were really kind and made moving more fun than you'd expect by being approachable, friendly, and funny! They had a can-do attitude and had our entire truck loaded in 2.5 hours. I have a lot of items that are fragile and precious to me and they handled them with care, making sure to load our truck so that nothing was ruined or damaged on a 2.5 hour drive to LA. I recently used their service and was very disappointed.
1) It took more than 10 hours still they could not finish my move from a 3 bedroom home to another home which was within 15 minutes from my home.
2) I was not aware of the over charge after 8 hours, it was never informed
3) My 800$ monitor was broken due to their mistake and they compensated me with 100$
4) I was told to buy a plastic sheet to protect my carpet during the move, and they stood idle till I bought it back while they could have moved stuffs to my ground floor with wood (carpet was only upstairs). This also caused the time

Cube Movers did a great job moving a 520 pound wine refrigerator across town. Their three-man crew showed up at the appointed time and was efficient, organized, and respectful. They were very careful and went out of their way to make sure the fridge was properly set up and leveled at its new location. James, my Cube Moving contact person, did a great job of scheduling and follow-up. Overall I was very happy with my experience with this company.

This is the 5th move I've done with CUBE MOVING and I wouldn't go anywhere else at any price. The team of Jose, Max and Mike showed on time and immediately went into action with my House-to-Condo move.
The destination had a tricky stairway that would test any moving pro but they handled it like it was no different than a single story move.
Finally, they finished the job in less time than I had budgeted/expected even though I knew how good they were, which cost me less in the end.

Cube Movers do such a great job, I have used them 4 times already for all the moves I have done. They are nice, polite, and fast. I had Jose and Anthony last time. I had a LOT of stuff and was moving to an apartment on the second floor so they had to carry all my stuff up the stairs; but they did not complain once and man are they in good shape! They must have gone up and down the set of 15 steps probably 20 times. I really appreciate their patience also taking apart my complicated bed frame but I am so glad they know how to! Every time I used Cube Movers they knew how to disassemble my bed frame

I couldn't be happier and more impressed with the job Cube Moving and Storage did. I booked them on 3 days notice and they were very accommodating. They gave me a window of 8-9am arrival and showed up exactly on time. They worked hard, fast and smart. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings, and they were very attentive to all of our instructions. The 3 man crew was very kind and also adhered to all Covid-19 safety precautions. All of them wore masks the entire time and made sure to keep their distance when around us. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need

If you're even considering using these movers. Just don't. The workers are rude! They scratched my walls. And there were broken furniture pieces that were not broken before. They left my table on its side while waiting for the 3rd guy to come help. See attached pictures. It's a remodeled home and the walls were just painted last week. But the worst part was the disrespect from the Main worker. Warning: if they feel they are done then they are done! Even if you paid for 3 hours. After 2 hours they refused to help unwrap heavy glass that they had wrapped for me. They

Not a bad option for moving. Max and Yura were my movers and did a phenomenal job: polite, kind and courteous.
4 stars because James (owner) and I had a miscommunication on the start time. It all worked out but his attitude and tone about the matter was far from great. Will use them again. Make sure you have all the details down to a "T" prior to moving date.

Cube Moving did a phenomenal job moving our 4 bedroom house into a two-story 5 bedroom (stairs are no joke while moving furniture). The team of Daniel, Daniel and David were extremely hard working, meticulous and friendly. They took great care of our belongings and packed everything much better than we would have. They found a way to fit all our things, including heavy gym equipment, a fridge, washer and dryer into the truck.
They're the hardest working team I've ever come across, working tirelessly for 9 hours and barely taking breaks. The service and communication during the move

Most of the movers--good guys, friendly, hard workers

Russell- The lead guy on our job-AKA major pain--has issues with women--bristles at any criticism even the most minor, such as what you see in the pictures below-kept telling me they couldn't do things, then I would have to call James and he would straighten it out, then he started talking crap about James,, it got old pretty quick
