They were ok, but my experience was that they told me I would get 2 free wardrobe and 20 small boxes and a TV box up to 65 inches all lies the one wardrobe box they had was torn up and there was no rack to hang my clothes someone or either three individuals before me had already used the box that was no TV box so before you book service with them make sure you see everything they say they going to give to you because once they get there and look like wood rats had got to him first. But the guys did move my things at a fast pace I will give them that. And they were really polite.

I used HAM as my preferred mover because of their efficiency, cost, and reliability. I had moved from a one bedroom to house and they did a fantastic job of taking care of my furniture. Everything was wrapped with care and there were not any dents on my furniture or the walls. Highly recommend using their services again!

I've used them numerous times for my apartment moves and they're always very reliable. The guys show up on time and get to moving. They well pad everything and take apart bedframes and small furniture if needed. They know what they are doing and are very careful with your valuables. I am always relieved I can count on them!

I first used HAM affordable movers in October of 2019. I had a local move in Houston and after many years of enlisting my family to help with my moves, I decided to hire someone this time. A friend recommended HAM so I decided to give them a try. The two movers showed up right on time and were very efficient. I was moving from two separate locations (a house and a storage unit) into a small apartment. The move was completed in about 2 hours including the travel time between locations. We had a good experience. It was a long day considering moving from a 2,000 sq ft house into storage, then to apartment, but the men got the work done. They did not stall or hold us back. They also wrapped our items and was gently with fragile furniture.

Houston Affordable Movers is my go-to mover! Their movers are very courteous and professional. My first move with them was in the morning, so I was their first job of the day, and they were very punctual, showing up right on time (even a little early!). They worked efficiently and safely, helping move my apartment across town. I noticed no new damage on my furniture, other than normal scratches that will always appear when you move your stuff. I would definitely recommend!

I'll admit that I was a little weary of hiring movers for $85 an hour. Sometimes, I'm just never sure of quality when I get prices that low. Thankfully, my gut instinct was right and I had a wonderful experience with Houston Affordable movers!! I moved to a new location about ten minutes away (both one bedroom apartments), and the whole event took a little over 2.5 hours. I have to give a special shout-out to Josue and Armando for rocking it!! I couldn't believe how quickly they worked; all the while, they made sure my valuable were secure and well wrapped. Houston Affordable Movers was wonderful! They did my move yesterday and they were on time and speedy. As soon as I called to book them for my move, I got an email confirmation and a call 24 hours prior to the move. Moving can be stressful but with their help it went very smoothly. I highly recommend.

My 65 inch TV was broken along with a vase and they offered $30 to pay for it. This is unacceptable. How is $30 going to help me with a TV that is broken. The movers were actually nice and I understand that things happen. But it is unethical and bad business practices to break people's things and not be held responsible for it. The lady that answered the phone was more concerned that 5 movers helped me versus 2 that were initially sent out. I didn't call the extra guys and didn't request extra people to help the 2 guys that came out initially. I would think twice about this company

BEWARE!!!!!!! I'm only leaving one star because it's required to write a review. This is the jankiest moving company EVER. I would have been better off paying a random bum on the side of the street to move my things and it probably would have been a lot cheaper. The manager or whoever she is that answers the phone has a disgusting attitude and the mover Daniel that moved me literally begged me to have stuff that I was donating for his daughter because her birthday was the same day as my move. He also stated "he was trying to hurry and get the job done because of his daughters birthday
