This is our second purchase from Oxmoor Toyota. Our first purchase was a great experience and our salesman was super helpful. But this purchase, wow! Ashley Kellar is amazing. She has the sweetest personality and goes out of her way to help you. I waited for my vehicle for a few weeks and she kept in constant contact with me giving me updates along the way. What was supposed to be a normal Sunday for my family and I turned into a trip to Toyota Oxmoor. We knew we wanted to grow our family and that buying a bigger vehicle was certain for our future; after finding out we were having another baby we knew it was finally time. If I could give a zero, I would. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and have had great experiences. Where I had a problem was 2 months after I bought my van, I had a flat tire on the way to work. NOTE: apparently a spare is not always included in new Toyotas. I had my van towed to Oxmoor Toyota and was told it couldn't be repaired and they would need to keep my vehicle overnight and order a new tire. I pod for and was told the new tire was put on my van.

On 12-16-20 I test drove a Toyota Sienna, Stock #T50959, at Oxmoor Toyota after checking price ranges on the Toyota.com website.
The price on the lot for this specific vehicle was $43750, which is considerably more than the range for this kind of vehicle advertised on Toyota.com.
Two days later on 12-18-20 I saw the same vehicle advertised on Oxmoor Toyota's site for $35153. I texted and asked why the price difference. The sales manager Craig (Gray?) called me back and said that now all of a sudden there wasn't a shortage of these vehicles and they had lowered the price.

I have purchased 6 different vehicles from this business and have been very loyal and happy with everything u til my last transaction. I was completely mislead and my loyalty was abused. I have tried going up the chain to get my issues resolved and they choose not to do the right thing. This is a sales thing not the service department at all, they are top notch.

The written advertisements detailing the accessories on the car were wrong. The car was advertised as have navigation and an app suite. It did not. I didn't realize this until I got home because the salesman didn't sit down with me to go over accessory functions. This results in a reduced value for this vehicle in excess of $500. The dealer has yet to offer a solution and will not answer emails.

After two phone calls to Toyota corporate headquarters, and a call from Oxmoor Toyota's PR person, the issue with the key fob has been resolved Without costing me anything. I certainly appreciate The follow through from corporate, that someone from Oxmoor got back with me and decided to Take care of the issue. Big shout out to Roberts Audio for being so professional and getting everything taken care of so quickly.

Purchased tires. They will deny any wrong doing on their part. Will not honor tire warranties. Several times had the tires off for brake noise. They didn't find the problem. Offered an alignment and more tires.
Result:
Went to another place where the brakes were replaced due to being horribly thin and got 2 new tires.
I overheard a older lady get charged for $200 for a lens cover for her headlight. She didn't know any better and bought it.

We purchased the 2018 RAV4 new in November 2018. It's now April 2019 and our temporary plates have expired and still Oxmoor Toyota has not sent us the plates from the DMV. All we ask is that we receive our licenses plates. We are now looking into a monthly car rental. If we decided this route, we will then be seeking a full reimbursement from Oxmoor Toyota for the insurance costs for the rental and rental costs. They are all so nice here! I've had different associates here, but they're all good at what they do and seem to enjoy their work.
