We had been in our house for 58 years. We hired one of the very if not the best movers. We had three of the most pleasant and hard workers. They were energetic and careful. We are so glad we got these three. I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend Portland Movers to anybody needing a move. They were careful with everything they handled. Thank God there are still workers that care about what they are doing for the company they work for.

This was my first time hiring movers, and from the coordinator being the most informative, specific and pleasant person we spoke with while gathering quotes, to the timeliness, sweetness and efficiency of the team on move day, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. they moved two apartments back to back and delivered to our new home in a flat 3 hours. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I was looking for the contact information for this company so that I could refer them to my friend. I had to dig through so many other moving companies to find these people who were amazing. From the time I booked my move they were transparent about their pricing and helped me to move to a time slot that was more cost effective for the load that I had. The movers I got were super friendly and hilarious and made moving so much fun they were bantering back-and-forth and we all had a great time honestly I've never had so much fun moving. Portland Movers moved us on a hundred degree day. It was their third move of the day but somehow all 6 guys were still smiling and efficient. They moved our entire house in about 5 hours without breaking a thing and made sure they put everything where I wanted it in the new house. Can't recommend them enough!

I moved from a 3 story house to another 3 story house. Portland Movers helps me wrap and load up my pods and unload the pods. They did an amazing Job and pretty much Tetris my belongings in the pod it's crazy. I did my research and compared to many moving companies in the Portland area Portland Movers is at least $40+ cheaper per hour. The team who moved me was fast, efficient, and friendly, got all of my stuff moved quickly without any damage to my belongings or to either my old apartment or my new house. That would be the bare minimum I would need to give five stars, but beyond that, Portland Movers Company impressed me as being a very ethical company with a strong sense of community and integrity. Communication was clear and easy, and when there was a slight change of plan due to problems on my end, Portland Movers was flexible and worked with me to get the job done on time while keeping my cost low. We learned about this moving company when ABF U-Pack/MovingStaffers contracted with them to unload our trailer into our temporary rental. We were so pleased with them then, that we hired them again for a local move service into our new house. The website is a great way to contact them, and Natalya was very helpful in the office, getting our move process going. They do a great job of staying in touch right up to moving day.

This is a company of liars and thieves. Do not trust them. I used them to move one block, from one building in my apartment complex to another two years ago. Apparently it was taking longer than they had anticipated and they told me they had to run out to Beaverton real quick to assist another client. I'm downtown. They returned hours later and finished. That's when I noticed numerous boxes, lamps etc. missing. They said "oh gosh sorry we left our dolly unattended in the lobby or sidewalk". I can't believe I naively bought this load of crap story. Planned a move and that's always stressful. But these guys were great! They came on time and loaded and unloaded the truck in record time. Booking the service and setting up the details was taken care of in a few emails.
The two men that came put down mats so nothing was tracked in and out of the respective homes. Nothing damaged, positive attitude and smiling faces made a tough day much easier. And when time to pay came, they not only finished early, but under budget. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone considering a move.

Fantastic crew...reorganized and repacked much of my stuff, as amateurs had already done it poorly. Quick, efficient, polite, and super cheerful. I would highly recommend them....they were on time and stayed until it was all done. I was using pods, and they filled every inch, tied it down and used plenty of care (and bubble wrap) to assure it would not shift and damage anything.

Hired them just to pack as I unfortunately already hired movers and decided last minute to hire packers too. Christian and his crew were phenomenal! Did an excellent job, were very fast, and super nice and personable. Very reasonably priced, and worth every cent! Wish these guys were doing my move too. Very highly recommend these guys!

The only reason that I am giving this company ONE star is that Yelp will not allow me to give a grade of ZERO.
I called and left an informative voice mail requesting service. After 24 hours without a response, I called again. I spoke to a gentleman who placed me on hold for a prolonged period of time. He finally returned to the phone and said "Yes, we have your voice mail from yesterday and we will return your call before the end of the business day"
Two weeks later, and still not a word from them.
A company best avoided.
