Just bought a car from them today and I must say that the experience was great! Tony did a great job and I loved that they were able to work with me! They showed great patience and determination in getting me into a vehicle! I loved my experience here! I would highly recommend checking them out over the bigger dealerships. Called two weeks ago about buying a truck they had. Talked to a lady name Liz. She was great. Very friendly and helpful. She done everything I ask her. I’d recommend Adams Auto Group to anyone and ask for Liz. She was so good I drove all the way to Charlotte to by the truck.

Jose is a God Send!!! I went to Adam’s anticipating your average car sales pitch and bs but Jose was extremely professional and put me in a better car then what I came to see and at an amazing price. The finance manager was also helpful and their team got me in and out in a very short time. I will definitely be checking out Adam’s Auto for my next car purchase. Best car buying experience ever.

I want to add context to my review first. I had bought from a dealer before but even then the vehicle went into my dad's name as well as the insurance. I was vastly unprepared to buy something outright under my name.
With that being said, my wife and I found a great deal online for a car that I have been wanting for a few years now. I asked online, on a Saturday, for someone to reach out to me about the vehicle but I was impatient and called them Monday morning. I did end up receiving an email on Wednesday but by then I had bought the car, which is just funny to me. That did not impact my experience

Purchased a car from here July 2019. Signed docs stating there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that would affect its value. Also was told
It was in one minor cosmetic accident. Fast forward to trying to trade it in now…..find out it’s been in 3 accidents all much more than cosmetic. I have a piece of paint/patch job that flew off over rear quarter panel and now have a huge hole in my paint job with rusted metal underneath (from shotty repair on the accident that never happened) Trying to get someone from adams to contact me back is not so easy so 1 star review it is in hopes that someone
