Had a really great experience with cross country movers that I felt like I needed to share. From the start Luke was super helpful with assessing our needs for the move. We did 3 video calls to ensure everything that was being moved in the house was captured. We moved from NY to FL. On the day of the move the team that showed up was prompt, professional and had the entire house packed rather quickly. Once our stuff arrived in Florida we received a call to schedule a delivery. Cross Country moved us from Long Island NY to the Phoenix area.
They were professional every step of the way, always responding quickly to our calls, and updating us along the way.
The contract was clear and easy to understand and we felt we got a very fair deal.
The men on both ends of our move were all courteous and hard working.

Very unhappy with the overall service. Was moving from houston to new york and 2 people showed up to pack my stuff. Told them i have blankets to use to wrap the furniture in and they refused to use mine since they brought blankets to use. Fast forward to delivery and unloading to destination-- the delivery guys told me that they will take the blankets since its theirs. I was pissed, since i was not informed of this. My understanding was since they refused the blankets i provided, that those that were used will be kept -- when in the first place Kelly (salesperson) knew that all my stuff will go

Once with my parents and the other time when i moved from Los Angeles to New York, and I have been nothing but satisfied with their service. The staff is a team of all around great people. As soon as I talked with Cross Country Movers on the phone I knew I was in good hands. They were very professional and organized, and made sure I had all the information I requested throughout the process. Their price was the most affordable. And they did a free on call estimate as advertised, and then kept it to that estimate.

We had used Cross Country Movers and they did a fantastic job. Me and my family were moving to a new home so I decided to get a quote from them for my personal move. We were under a hectic schedule but they were able to meet and beat the deadline. We had to be out of our house by 9:00 am, they were there at 7:00am with four people ready to work. They all came over and introduced themselves and shook hands with us. That's something you don't see very often anymore so we were both totally impressed.

The crew over at Cross Country did an outstanding job on our move, could not have anticipated a better overall process to have gone about like it did. I can't thank these guys enough! Moving itself can be a very annoying and long process, but with these guys it didn't seem hard at all. It came to the point where my parents had to move the furniture, but we kept postponing the process until we could find someone that could make this process as smooth and good for us as possible. I mentioned about moving my parents furniture to one of my co workers, and he had just recently moved to our area and recommended me to these guys. There is nothing better than buying a new home and preparing yourself to start a new life 1000 miles away from the city you don't like to live in. I used to live in Nevada and I was pretty happy with that place. I loved the weather and Vegas was so close to me. My friend got into car accident and the worse happened, he died. I dont really want to remember that time but I quit everything I had, house, friends, parents and I moved to New York City. They showed up right on time and worked all day until 10pm. Our law office has very heavy furniture and never once did in hear a complaint.
