We have had to alter plans quite a bit to have them fit into our budget that we initially discussed with Lee.
She created a plan that fell way out of our budget, even through she charged us multiple hours where we discussed our budget, and now is causing us to make many adjustments to keep it realistic. We couldn’t do 85% of her plan. Builders were questioning her reasoning as her suggestions were just too pricey and unnecessary in many cases.
Unfortunately, I’m now realizing that we didn’t quite need the plans for the closet built-ins, side room project, or bathrooms that she was adamant
