Igor, is one of the sales man at the Ruby location and he worked with me the moment I walked into the store. He is absolutely kind, compassionate, informative, and honest. He is the only gentleman I would ever want to work with. At times, I have been a very difficult person to work with but he was compassionate and I apologize for the trouble I had caused at that moment and time. Would’ve gave them zero stars if that was an option the most absolutely dishonest lowlife car salesman I’ve ever met in my entire life of almost 50 years on this planet sold me and my daughter a car that had been wrecked in the front end and when I brought it back to bring it to their attention want to act like it wasn’t a big deal. Scammed or just boldface lied to this is the place to go and I wouldn’t believe any of these other reviews were they give them five stars they’re all fake

I have had two experiences with this uh…business. The first time I went in (2-3 years ago)they pulled my credit (obviously) but not based off of any scoring system I am familiar with. The score they showed me was 180 points below what Transunion/Equifax/Experian said. Which resulted in them asking for an inordinate amount of money down. I opted not to buy.
My second visit was just a year or so later, and it was actually more disrespectful and downright shady than the original interaction. The only reason I even went back was new building, and the guy from their original commercials was gone

I went at 8:00 PM, no one was there! bad service and bad people work here 😠. i tried to open the doors but no one answered. i say “let me in” no one say. i think they locked me out. they won’t let me drive the cars either? i also saw a guy called josh smoking crack in my car. MY CAR. i hate this bad peple!

I bought a 2009 Acura RDX and from start to finish, I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Auto Credit North. My boyfriend purchased an 05' Ford Ranger from this "business" (and I use that term lightly), not even 2 full months into it (we have made ONE payment) and it's been to the shop 7(+\-) times for different problems. We just got it back yesterday because it left

I bought a car from the dealership in January And in just over 4 months I've had the radiator hose blow the valve cover gasket blow the tire fly off at 80 miles an hour the lugs brake a 2nd time and had the clutch go out I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership they lied about the damage on the vehicle when I purchased itall they have to say is it is my problem and left me at the point of having to talk to Attorney General's in multiple States call the federal trade commission and call Better Business Bureau along with having to retain an attorney to pursued with a lawsuit

Just plain scadlalous! They sell people lemons. I understand that when buying a used car that there may be some issues, but since day 1 my car has been a piece of junk!!! I've only had it about 4 months and I have been in there 15 times for several different issues with my car. I've tried multiple times to take my car in and they keep telling me lies for money. I dropped my car off on a Monday and the next Saturday my warranty ran up, they let my car sit there for 5 days to then proceed to tell me that they fixed nothing because my warranty was up! Been in the market for a truck for a few months. Walked into a handful of dealers but they all give me weird looks and act as if i came in with some contagious disease once they take one look at my credit. Not David, he saw my credit and in a positive manner said he would have no problem putting me in a truck of my liking. I was skeptical but he delivered. After chosing a truck and a couple pf phone calls he was able to put me into the truck id been looking for. Will come back to this lot next time im in the market for another vehicle.

I had the worst experience ever buying a car from Auto Credit Sales- Hayden. The staff are rude and unwilling to help.My first visit there I sat for almost an hour with no one helping me or asking questions, just we will be with you in a minute so I continued to browse cars. I went back a couple days later and got the car I had been looking at, while purchasing the vehicle I also boughta warranty with my car, I had multiple issues and called for weeks, as of today I still have the same issues and was told by the assistant manager Rob I wasn't the only person in the world. I would NOT recommend

My husband and I have been in the market for an SUV..We were referred to auto credit sales. After looking over their inventory we had found a few SUVs we were interested in test driving. I contacted the Hayden location and spoke to a salesman there..he was extremely helpful and upon speaking to him we had arranged a time to head over and take a look at some of their vehicles. Upon arriving there we were greeted by the salesman and both vehicles we had inquired on were pulled up front and ready to drive. I felt the salesman had our best interest and truly wanted the best for us as this was going
