I had been looking for a LTZ Silverado for a little over 3 months. (within $$ Range? Ha) These guys had/have some really classy looking Rides.. BUT my Medical Lake raised rear was lookin' 4 a Chevy. I was reluctant to pull in and chat, (as we all are). I emailed them an appointment to test drive a ride, that looki'ed like something I would be sniffing at. I arrived a little later than the time I said and this lil' Lacey came out and answered the call. She had the keys and set me up to drive the wee BEAST. I was gone for 30 minutes and returned with my Ol' Mombo. (quite the funny) BUT she got the

I drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle during their posted hours and no one was there. When I called the following day they informed me that they leave half an hour before that every day. I returned to look at the car I had researched to find that multiple flaws had been strategically hidden from pictures as well as false statements including features that the car did not have. All in all I was very disappointed.

Tom was so friendly and polite and helpful. When we decided on a vehicle and was all ready, paperwork was done. Jeff didn't give us any options but one that didn't work for our trade in. He didn't even try, like he didn't care. Really wished we could have worked with Tom. He's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.

I live in western washington and I bought a car from the Crosspointe team. I flew out and they picked me up from the airport.
The team was very friendly and helpful. I had a slight issue with the radio and they took care of everything! If you want a great experience with getting a car go to them.
Best experience I've had with a used car dealership. Wish there was more like them.

Cross pointe Autoplex went above and beyond for my family! We were car shopping for a smaller, used 4wd car for one of my sons. We found a great deal at Crosspointe. While test driving it, the ABS light came on. They offered to repair it and then we could talk numbers. They did fix it. After signing, while driving it home the check engine light came on. I called, worried cause I knew I had signed an “as is” contract just an hour earlier. They said bring it back, we will make it right. They spent three days and lots of money making sure the car was safe for my son. They also happen to have another

I found the truck I wanted online and sent a message. I could not be happier with the fast response and the help that Jeff gave me over the phone. He got me videos of it running and good pictures and gave me all the information I needed. We got everything done over the phone and I had good quality customer service. Overall a great experience and I never had to leave home or work. They delivered in every aspect. Much appreciated!
