A++++ Dealer! Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and what a relief to find a standup family run dealer that genuinely cares. Mike bent over backwards to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Tristan was also phenomenal about being attentive and answering all of my many, many questions. I immediately felt at home with these guys and could feel how much they really cared. They treated my family with respect and made them feel at home while we sealed the deal. I see that there are some negative reviews on here, ignore them, there is no way for dealers to guarantee a perfect vehicle

Bought a 2011 F-150 back in March and it’s been nothing but headaches since. Had both rear axle bearings fail, one of them was so bad that two days (TWO DAYS) after I drove the truck off the lot there was fear oil getting thrown all over the rear wheel well, this is something their mechanic should have seen before hand because there are signs to a bad bearing (I.e. a wet break dust shield). I text the salesman about it and no response. The reason I gave them two instead of one star Is they did have good customer service but should look into a new mechanic.

Great service, they're kind, friendly and genuinely interested in helping you find the vehicle you are looking for. Mike has years of experience in the business, and is definitely showing his soon the right ropes. Family friendly and fast.

They will treat you right and be honest with you while giving you a good deal all the same time. What more could you ask for? Call and ask for Mike or Woody and they will treat you right. You won't be disappointing.

I personally had a great experience. Both Tristan and Mike were very accommodating to help me get into my truck. Tristan was friendly and I feel they were honest and upfront throughout the whole buying experience. Would highly recommend visiting them. As for the other guy who felt gilted, maybe it was his personality and knowledge that got in the way of a great deal. As for me, I'm happy and will return in the future.

Do not buy from this dealer! Terrible experience buying a vehicle that was patched to look like it was in good condition. The sales people lied about the condition of the vehicle and now ownership has told us "you should have caught it before buying it". Charging over value on a vehicle that needs thousands in repairs. WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM HERE EVER. Save yourself the hassle and buy else where.

I would say the experience was great, however, after I purchased the car and was going to drive away with it was the time he chose to inform me that every time you open the door after using the power lock feature, the car alarm goes off. Awesome. Thanks.
After that, within a month I had one-by-one replaced all the head, tail, and brake lights on the car. Two of them I noticed were out the night I got the car. It's been eight months and the lights haven't gone out again.

My wife and I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma quad cab to better accommodate our growing family. We found what we were looking for at NW Auto Solutions.
