Guys got everything done in the two hours, were courteous and polite, funny and efficient. Price quoted was reasonable and well worth the money. Padded up my furniture and moved it carefully, asking questions along the way about exactly where I wanted the furniture so I didn’t have to move it again. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving soon.

My experience was amazing! There professionalism was immeasurable. They were prompt. My pickup window was 10:00am-11:00am. At 10:01 I received a text message my driver was on his way. At 10:21 Tony and Chris arrived and got to work. There were no surprises. Exactly what Tommie stated when I booked the move was exactly what happened. They were efficient, friendly, and professional. My furniture was picked up in Jacksonville FL on Saturday morning and my furniture arrived the very next day in the afternoon. I was in a jam and they came to my rescue. I needed to be moved urgently. I booked this move

The guys that moved my things were great. They made sure things were how I wanted and they had great conversation. I didn't go over my allotted time because they worked so efficiently. I am very happy. This was my first time using movers and I definitely will call Crystal Clean Movers the next time.

In the last 30 days, we have used this team for both a long distance move and a shorter move. Both times they were curtious, friendly, and efficient. I would reccomend them highly to anyone! They really went above and beyond to help us with all requests we made, and they were numerous. If we were able to rate a 10 or above, we would! We truly can't say enough about how excellent they were!!!

They were very nice and we enjoyed working with the team. However, they were very slow. We had most of our stuff moved out into a garage, so all they had to do was load from the garage straight to the truck. They did have to move a few large pieces of furniture from the house (bed, mattress, corner cupboard, table and 4 chairs), but far less than a typical house move. We were moving into a 10x15 storage locker. When we got there and realized we were going to miss our plans for the evening b/c the move had gone so long, 3 of us started helping them. I should have realized when they offered a price well below average that I would receive service to match; well below average.
Although polite and friendly, the movers were not very proficient. They assured me all of my items would be able to fit on their truck and within the allotted time frame I had available. That was not the case. I had to have my friends show up with an additional vehicle just to fit all of my belongings. It took over 5 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment to be loaded onto the truck, with assistance from my friends.
All of my oversized furniture was DAMAGED. (Tv Stand, dresser
