Our air went out on Friday and I called a dozen company’s not a single one was able to come out til Tuesday with it being over 85 in the house and having a toddler we couldn’t wait that long. I called mr Kool and he was able to come out 25 min after calling! Calvin was super friendly educated and knew his stuff!! He got us repair within 30 min and today Saturday afternoon our air is working perfectly!! I definitely will be calling him with any other issues we have with our ac ! Definitely definitely recommend his service to anyone in need of ac repair!

Great experience with Mr. Kool Heating and Air. With it being 80 degrees, no AC and on a Saturday I was worried no one could come out. Mr. Kool was here with 30 minutes and pulled off a satisfied job 30 minutes later. I'd highly recommend Mr. Kool for you HVAC issues.

If you need a professional, reliable, and quick working A/C company, this is the place to call. Amidst all of the craziness that is COVID-19, Mr. Kool’s came out and inspected our AC issue and then replaced everything within two days. Calvin, the man who came to work on our home, was great with our dogs and was extremely polite and professional the entire time he was at our home. I highly, highly recommend this company.

Our unit stopped blowing cold on Friday evening. Out of a dozen heating and cooling companies that we called, Mr. Kool’s quoted us the lowest cost for a service call AND had someone out sooner than any other company could! We called Mr. Kool’s on Saturday just before 10am and Calvin was out by noon. I felt that Calvin gave us his professional and honest opinion of what the problem was. He explained his diagnosis in detail and gave us a fair price. Even better, he insured us that if the products we purchased didn’t work then the money we paid would be put towards a new system.
