These guys came in and added a new boiler zone, radiators and a thermostat to our finished attic and Ruben and team did great work. They were all friendly, easy to communicate with and they got the job done. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and it's really, really difficult to find anyone you're willing to even write a positive review for let alone a 5 star review.

I contracted Polar Vortex for a new AC install. During the quote, Ruben explained in detail the problem at hand, the remedy, and tips to keep the new unit to last long. Ruben is responsive, friendly, trustworthy and professional. He took the time to go over our quote (which we were comparing to 3 others) to explain all the details of the furnace and ac compressor we were receiving, never rushing the process. He took his time to install everything properly, and then to show us the work that went into the installation and answer questions about how everything works. He also gave a very honest answer to questions about how to best maintain the life of our equipment. I highly recommend Polar Vortex and will be utilizing them for annual maintenance!

I recently contacted Polar Vortex to install a whole home humidifier to our furnace. They were responsive and professional.
Ruben and his crew came for the initial quote and installation and identified additional issues that they could fix. During the installation, they sealed up pipes and other components that had been poorly installed by contractors (ho renovated our home a couple years ago) - free of charge.
The system has worked well and we feel more confident about our system after Polar Vortex's work!

Ruben and team re-located our return vents and cleaned our furnace. They were very responsive (always picked up his phone, which is a rare bonus in the trades) professional, quick and from what I can tell, did a first class job on the install. I also liked the way he communicated the options and didn’t just make assumptions. We also ran into an issue with the furnace and Ruben was quick to repair and take ownership of the issue. I would highly recommend them.
