From the 1st call from Erica..ooo my what a pleasure to talk with. If ya have a bad day she perks ya up with just the type of voice that puts a smile on your face. Appt made within days. Casey came out to fix repair. Explained what had happened and how he was going to fix. I hope I never need him again, he will be in my list of great people and professionalism.

State 48 moved some plumbing to expand a bathroom, they added plumbing for a washer/dryer and placed water lines for refrigerators. Casey and Adam did the work. They were great. They are very pleasant people to work with and good communicators. Both were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. After the majority of the job was complete a few things need to be tweaked which they came and did right away. I have already hired them to come back and install a tankless water heater and filtration system.

State 48 Drain Service is Awesome! That might sound enthusiastic about plumbers...but it’s true. I didn’t want to have to hire a plumber in the first place because I’m a serious do-it-yourself guy. But I also know where my skill boundaries are. I don’t remember how I found them, I’m just glad I did. Their previous customers loved them with glowing comments and now I’m with them too.
Adam and Casey answered the call right away, were responsive, reasonable with their price. Casey came out and was a respectful perfectionist with his work and did a fantastic job. I recommend them to anyone

Best customer service that I have had in a long time. From the time of my call regarding kitchen drain issues to the time my job was complete was less than 4 hours. Casey did an excellent job including being mindful of COVID issues. Casey wore a mask and sanitized everything before he left. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them again!

Man I can't say enough good things about these guys. I worked with Casey and Adam and these guys were great. Casey answered my calls, all my questions, and was super knowledgeable. When I met them at my house Adam was super professional and made the whole process stress free and easy. I was stressing out with a remodel I'm working on and am lost most of the time so being able to hit up State 48 and then practically "holding my hand" through the process put my mind at ease. These guys are awesome! Last month I called in an emergency repair on a Saturday evening. We were washing laundry and our sewer backed up into the tub. They were at my house within an hour and snaked the sewer cleanout which fixed the problem. They didn't charge extra for a late-night call either or tried to upsell me - beware, a lot of plumbers do this unnecessarily. Right before I called them, I called another company that said we probably needed to have the line from our roof snaked and a camera sent into our lines for hundreds of dollars. State 48 saved the day!

Sunday evening and a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Addam & Casey came through when nobody else could. Not only were they able to come out that evening, but they were also the most reasonable in terms of cost. They were professional, upfront and extremely accommodating. While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam's appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a quick and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. I will be calling again if I need a plumber in the future.
