On average, the cost of pest control depends on the service, the frequency, and the size of the home or business being treated. For example, a general pest service in a 4000 square foot home will be about $99 on a bi-monthly basis or $129 quarterly (although we do occaisionally offer discounts). Spencer was quick to respond to my initial request for service. He scheduled Benny to come to the house and Benny was great! He is very nice and knew his stuff. We were out on the back patio yesterday and noticed multiple different kinds of spiders. I called averse pest control last evening and they came out today! After requesting a quote, we were immediately contacted by the owner, Spencer, who provided us a detailed business plan, service plan and quote for pest services for our residence. We are overall impressed with this (new to us) company! Kyle our pest expert was kind, funny and knowledgeable! He was even able to tell my husband where the check I left on the fridge for him was! Dan our bug guy was very not sales guy-y if you know what I mean? I say that because we had multiple other pest Company’s try to get us to switch before Dan! Not to mention the catchy Business card😎 He was very personable and worked with us while we canceled our ex pest people! Thanks Dan!

We thought we wouldn't need pest control, but living in a construction zone has sent lots of unwanted visitors our way! We called Averse yesterday morning after finding mice droppings and they came today! Benny took care of us, and was super kind and thorough with all of the pest issues!
