From the beginning of our negotiation with Kevin he went above and beyond to get the best possible deal. Paperwork was processed in a timely manner and communication was great between all parties at all times. When it came to make arrangements for vehicle delivery, Morgan was very helpful and explained every detail of the process very patiently. Very nice car but horrible experience. Would never buy a car there again. Salesman were indifferent and couldn't care less if you purchased a vehicle there. Took forever to compete the cash deal, then took us over to finance dept. to go over title contract. Was dropped off and had to wait forever for someone to pick us up. Charged $250 for documentary fee. I have NEVER paid this before when buying a car. Was never told about this upfront...bought a truck same day in Indiana and they didn't charge that...just not a good experience.
