The technician by the name of Trey, was excellent, I can’t rave enough about this young man. The technician Trey, was very neat, professional, and a perfectionist. The young man took his time to explain how the issue would be resolved, and did just that. The customer service was impeccable. The technician brought along a young journeyman and took his time and explain to the future plumber everything he needed to know. I will recommend this company and this person, to all of my patients, co-workers, and anyone who will listen to me.

Draingo is the plumbing company that my home warranty uses so I have no choice. I have required two service calls. Each time I was given a noon to 5 appointment window and each time he showed up at 5:30. Both time he didn't have the part he needed for my repair. The first time he came back the next day and completed the repair, a second day of my waiting for him to show up. The second call was to replace a garbage disposal. He showed up with a 1/2 horsepower disposal, my broken unit was a 3/4 horsepower disposal. I had to choose whether I wanted to settle with the lesser disposal or spend

I would like to report how extremely rude and unprofessional one of your plumbers, Chad is. I have a warranty with First American and was emailed and texted a number to contact. I called to find out how long it may be as the water is turned off to my house and water is leaking from my upstairs into my living room. I told the dispatcher that it was a warranty call and she acknowledged and told me that she would send it out as an emergency call. I received a call from one gentleman who was already at a site and he said that he would send it to someone else. Chad called me and asked what the issue

Draingo sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It took them three visits to my home to find a leak that should've been found on the first visit. The nonchalant technician that was sent out didn't take the time to located the leak and decided to play the guessing game about where the water was coming from. So I did his job and located the leak, the water was coming from the new water heater that was placed months ago by THIS company. For some reason the person who placed the water heater thought it was a good idea to only replace some of piping and not all of it. So now

John Varner just saved my house from flooding. The is the second time I used Daingo Plumbing. My first experience was a water heater that was efficiently and quickly replaced with no call backs. I was worried about a leaky bathtub faucet that was given a temporary fix until a permanent part could be replaced. I called on Friday and got service Saturday.
Communication is good with this company and their technicians are pleasant and honest. I am in Memphis and highly recommend.

Don't use this company. They came and didn't fix the problem. Had to use them bc of home warranty. When we made a second Appmt to come back and fix it they never called during the five hour window to say they were running late. then when we called they said they'd be there in an hour and an hour later (after our 5 hr window) said they weren't coming!! Huge waste of our time two days now

I was going to cancel American Home Shield Home warranty plan because when I call for service, some companies that respond come to the initial call and say you need other very costly services.
However, DrainGo came by and that was not the case!
Their tech was SUPER experienced, put on those little footies when he entered my house, the job was done in minutes!
He was also very honest and I trusted his analysis of the situation.

The two service engineers were extremely pleasant, on time and quick on their first visit. They arranged to get supplies and came back two days later, having called me to update me on getting the parts the day before. They rightly went to an emergency call first - you'd want them to do that for you - then came out to me a couple of hours late. They quickly fixed both faucet issues, and helped me fix a garage door too, that was too heavy for me to lift and rehook up. All in all, exceptional service, and all around good guys!

I used Drain Go about 6 months ago using their techs in the Jackson and Brandon MS area to install an electrical tankless water heater and also install a sink. Both were half done and bad jobs. The guy Jeff, who installed the water heater indicated he could put it in but did not service them. I felt even though he didn't service them because it was not his brand, I figured he would at least install it and have it working properly before he left. The heater is supposed to heat up to 131 degrees but my water was not that hot. I found out later it's only heating to 108 degrees. Jeff refused

DRAINGO PLUMBING was contacted by our home warranty. They came out a couple days later and quoted $1100 over the amount the warranty covered for "modifications". After talking to three other plumbers that all said that was all included in their price it ended up costing about $500 dollars less for the install from another company. I'm sure they do good work but I'm glad we shopped around. Also, whoever answers their phones needs to work on their customer service.

Called for leak detection service and plumbing repair. Requested to be first on the list. Plumber called wrong contact person around 9:30. Upon arrival, told he didn't have equipment to do leak detection. Wasted my time, I had be away from work for several hours for nothing. I would never recommend this service.

Drain Go has been my first call since 2012. They are always courteous and punctual. As an out of state owner of a rental property in Tipton County, I trust them to fix the issue in a better than timely manner and at a fair price. The technician always calls me to tell me what's going on and what to expect in terms of pricing, and then calls me when he is done. The office handles my billing and payment and I never have to go chasing down receipts, they email them to me instantly. All around good experience!

My home warranty company sent Drain Go to us when we were having issues with rust in our pipes. When the guy arrived at our house he was rude and acted like he could care less about what our problem was. He had a young kid with him and another that was either his son or a friends son. Either way, the entire situation was very unprofessional. I showed him two glasses of water that I had run earlier with sediment on the bottom and then when we ran the water again it appeared to be clear. Because it was clear at that time he said there was nothing he could do and that maybe I should try flushing
