Another alleged moving company (turned out to be a scam - Certified Movers of California, George and Ali- don't waste your time with them!) cancelled on is the morning of our move. Check out their other reviews. That's how they tend to do business. 24/7 had some movers available for us last minute, thank goodness. They definitely saved the day! Do not!!!! Do not!!!!! Use this moving company. This was the worst experience of my life. I had an antique dresser that was 80 years old that they ruined because their storage unit apparently is damp and has moisture because it warped the wood. Also when they delivered my boxes every one of them had a damn feeling to it they literally just tore apart but I was unpacking. And to top that off the last two items and very expensive step ladder and an end table. I'm going on three months now they won't respond to my emails or my phone calls in order to replace my items!!!! Worst moving company

My brother recommended this moving company, and since I told myself I'd never move our stuff again, I called them and scheduled a move. Three very nice guys met me at my storage unit, took a look inside and said it would take them about 3 hours to pack it up and bring it over. My storage unit was a hot mess, so packing it up in 3 hours would be a small miracle. Lo and behold they called me 3 hours later and let me know they were on my way to my house. I had an amazing moving day thanks to 24/7. I didn't have a lot to move and was contemplating if it was even worth it but it WAS. 100% The cost came in UNDER what I was expecting to pay. Even though I didn't have much to move I still had two drop off locations (first to my home, then to a storage) and it went so easy and was totally worth it. They were quick, friendly, efficient, helpful. I'll hire them from here on out for any move and tell everyone.

I highly recommend 24/7 Moving and Storage! We have moved a few times and let's be honest moving sucks! But they made the moving process so simple and stressFREE. Our move required a 2-day move. OMG!!! These people are literally sanity savers!!! I had a super stressful international move to do in 15 days. I was at the end of my rope....and then the storage place gate broke on moving day and I was locked out on moving day. These guys make your life easier when moving is crazy stressful!!! The only thing I will say is to be vocal up front when booking movers, deciding how many movers, and what services you need from them. Remember these (3) guys are worth it.

I hired 24/7Moving to help with moving some big items across town from an upstairs apartment into a house. Aaron & Samuel are the best movers I have ever worked with! They showed up toward the beginning of the time window, which in and of itself is a miracle since the movers I have worked with in the past have usually been late. We did a quick rundown of what I wanted moved and then they got right to work. They seriously moved at the speed of light, I couldn't believe how quickly they wrapped, moved and loaded everything downstairs, especially since the stairway is very narrow and hard

I'm updating this review to respond to the owner with a copy of the receipt.
I hired them to unload my self-drive moving truck into an apartment complex in Mission Valley. They first sent 2 guys, who basically stood around staring at our refrigerator and calling for help. They didn't unload any of the other items in the truck because they spent all the time talking about the refrigerator. At some point, we had to step in and start unloading the truck ourselves because the truck had to be returned that day and they had gotten so wrapped around the axle with the refrigerator that nothing

Since my 05/29/21 rating of 24/7 Moving & Storage experience, Alex contacted me. He was one of the movers that helped me & one of the managers. He was very nice & said he acknowledged their mistake of charging me to move my box-spring. Which was missed/over-looked the day prior. They refunded me the moving fee fot the 1-box-spring, plus the tip-amount for the movers I paid-for. I did not expect I would hear anything from them & was delightfully surprised.
At this point, I would suggest 24/7 Moving & Storage to my friends.

5 stars for these guys! their legit and all the way professional!!! I got Mike and Di as my movers they came right on time and ready to work . Both had their on and were very nice and friendly. They finished my unloading in 2 hours (which was really quick considering Our condo unit was on the 3rd floor with way too many doors to get to the elevators and we were the last unit on the west side). All our stuff arrived and neatly arranged and oh, they had additional moving boxes provided too for all those little extra small items we had here and there.

I have used this company several times over the past years (like 5 or more) we've moved a bunch! The owner Alex is very responsive and easy to reach.
For our most recent move some policies have changed due to covid so make sure to ask for all info when you book! The prices overall have gone up a bit but I didn't mind because they always do a great job.
I absolutely suggest them for any large especially move they have always been careful with our furniture and I feel they get things done quickly. And they don't just dump your stuff and go they put it where you would like and set

We used this company after reading all of the good reviews. Reserving the appointment was easily done online. The company was very responsive over email and phone.
Our movers, Mike and Benjamin were on it! They protected our items and packed the truck with efficiency. They unloaded our items safely and set up our furniture, as well as helped with placement in our new place. We have stairs at both locations with some heavy furniture pieces, so this was not an easy job. Have already recommended 24/7 moving to a friend who moves this month.

A previous move with another company was nothing short of a nightmare. Luckily this time we booked with 24/7 and every step of the process flowed perfectly. From scheduling to final paperwork, Mike and his team were mindful with our valuables yet efficient and best of all, they all had great attitudes. The service was pricier than anticipated, and I would suggest an itemized breakdown of costs in the future, but all in all we were pleased and it was worth the cost.
