I am SO happy with the work done by Classic Moves. Enrique was very helpful in setting up not only furniture delivery, but also installation of artwork in my home. Darian Davis and Sergio Martinez did an outstanding job of hanging five art pieces. Classic Moves was the best! They were professional, friendly, very efficient, and either exactly on time or a few minutes early. Our move occurred over 2 different days, and both went very smoothly. Enrique in scheduling answered my numerous questions quickly and effectively, and Darian was an excellent supervisor of the crew. They also came in far below the original estimated cost. I recommend Classic Moves highly and would use them again.

I've used Classic Moves to help me move several times. For moving my apartment, they were very careful with my furniture and boxes. Showed up on time and prompt. They told me exactly how long it would take before they even started and actually stuck to it! I was so pleased I used them to move and store some furniture temporarily for me immediately after Harvey had flooded me out.

I was responsible for coordinating my mother's move from Houston to Washington State, but I live in New Jersey. I checked my BNI (Business Networking International) network first, because I know they have high standards for their members. Andy from Classic Moves was my first choice, and I have not been disappointed. I spoke to him several times to be sure everything could be timed just so, and he was always friendly and helpful.

After reading Andy's response, I do accept that there were things that I missed: It does say on the estimate what the costs will be, and shame on me for not reading the document properly beforehand - it was my choice to proceed. However, most businesses don't pass on the convenience fee and I think that's a bad idea from a customer happiness perspective. It's $37. Why risk customer satisfaction over such a small amount? As well, the $5 fuel charge? Sorry, but I think that's nickel-and-diming, with the same end-result I feel. Maybe I'm wrong; maybe people don't

I used these guys to move from our apartment into our new home. Andy, the owner, came to my apartment to look at my belongings and then provided an estimate. They sent a 4 man crew ($170 per hour). The guys were friendly and worked efficiently. We have some antique pieces and they were extremely careful. Nothing was damaged. I was especially appreciative of the care they took with our (newly refinished) hardwood floors in the home. They created a cardboard walkway and followed instructions not to drop or drag items.

We recently moved within Houston from Montrose to the Heights. We hired Classic Moves to pack our entire house and move us. We worked with Phillip at the main office. We received a solid quote that was easy to understand. It was easy to book our move date. On the packing day, a 3 man crew arrived to pack our house. They were running behind, so we received a call from Phillip telling us about the slight delay. Classic moves is not the ideal place to ship furniture to. They are very difficult to communicate to if there is a problem that happen during shipping. They will not cooperate if a freight claim is needed. Which happens more often than expected. For pick up and moving would be the only reason I would choose classic's.

These guys went above and beyond moving our stuff. We moved a 40 foot container from Switzerland, with over 120 boxes and pur household of furniture. It filled 2 massive moving trucks.
I was very impressed with their 4 man team of supermen who moved lightning fast and as carefully as possible. Very friendly, very professional. I would hire these guys any day.
