Antonio did an excellent job explaining the services that I signed up for. He then explained what he was going to do inside and outside. He also reminded me about keeping my pets safe for the next few hours while the treatment settled and dried. Once he was finished, he explained what he noticed and made me aware of some things I might see in the… next few days and not be alarmed by the possibility of seeing a few more insects than usual. Antonio explained they would return in the next month to treat again and then after that, it would be every three months. I appreciated his thoroughness

Be wary - these guys will put nothing in writing unless you agree to a contract. The salesperson would not email me any specifics and said he couldn't send that information. Can't sign anything without seeing it writing.

After more than 15 years with a competitor - I switched to ProForce Pest Control and I couldn't be happier. I have been able to receive a higher standard of service, amazing communication and follow-up, and for a lower price than the competitor. ProForce allows customers to set up notification alerts (I choose to receive a text), which gives me advance notice of upcoming service. After the service is completed, they follow up with the name of the technician, who in turn summarizes the service he performed. I also agree with other reviewers on here that the sales division is not pushy at

Pro force pest control did decent work the first time around but after that I kept seeing spiders. They had me paying 115 a quarter. I seemed to be throwing my money away. I found a much better company called Bulwark that offered better prices and do a lot more work! I'm saving money and getting high quality 5 star service!
