Simmons Custom Granite

Want to give a shout out to Tide and his team at Simmons Custom Granite for a job well done on our outdoor kitchen along with Sam and team @ Creekstone Outdoor Living. The above question is what do you like about this business? Our answer is "ALL THE ABOVE". Their service speaks louder than just words. Their performance made the job easy on us to make us want to do it again!!! Now moving on to the kitchen!!!

Several attempts to set up an appointment for an estimate, they asked for information and then nothing ! Good Luck getting a hold of them...

INCREASED the square footage by 50%!!!! Our salesperson was Cody. When I questioned and told him other bids are less sq ft. He doubted me and asked to make sure I'm communicating the same requirements. My response was "I got 3 other bids all measured the same except yours". I offered him to come back to measure and he never did. Probably realized he was caught in a lie. Unfortunate because they have a nice selection but if your dishonest with one customer than how many others are they dishonest with. No thanks.

Here is my experience with them;
Im a kitchen designer. One of my customer went there and told me I want that product in my kitchen. I told her to get it from where you like but she wanted turnkey project and ask me to get the stone from Simmons. I talked with them and send my fabricator and we did the project.
What I realize these guys gave us the stone prices as equal as the retail installed price to customer. Customer argued with me and I stopped project and I showed them how much I paid to them then she told me this is the same price as it installed delivered fabricated to my house. I shocked

Well, it has taken me three years to finally post my review. I generally let bad experiences go and only post on good experiences. I had a partially bad experience with Simmons. When I stopped by the store I was greeted super quickly and Blake was very friendly. I found a beautiful "granite" that I later learned was Marble. I was ready to go and Blake came out to my house that evening and "measured." He "fit us into their busy schedule" the very next week.
The very skilled craftsman got to my house and their work was superior and my kitchen was very difficult for sure. My only complaint was that

We built our home last year and Simmons put granite in almost every room! Their work was stellar and the granite we got - gorgeous! The slabs we got were part of a bunch that the owner went to Brazil and picked out himself. What I love most about our granite is the fact that NO ONE else has it. They have done awesome work also with many of my family and friend. I highly recommend them!

We absolutely love our granite!! Tide helped us and was professional and courteous from start to finish!!! We purchased several different types of granite for our home for different spaces— from leathered to smooth. Even some for the outdoor kitchen and pool bar! They did such a custom finish making every piece custom fit to our woodwork—- we are extremely pleased with the results and the price. Thank you guys for doing a great job! Excellence all the way around. Tide with Simmons responded to my email for a quote within hours (I had contacted 3 other places and never even heard from them) and he kept in touch all along the way. Simmons had great crews for the granite and backsplash that did a wonderful job. One day for the granite and one day for the backsplash. We could not be happier about our kitchen upgrade. We would highly recommend.

Great company!! Did a beautiful job installing a new countertop on a bathroom vanity. We got two bids and they were $600 cheaper than the other installer on exactly the same granite. Our salesman was Blayne, he was great!!
