We just completed a project with James at Hamm's flooring to completely redo the wood flooring in our home and we are extremely pleased with the results, floors turned out beautiful. James is very knowledgeable about the different flooring options and was very patient and helpful for that process. James also did a great job communicating with us after we placed the order all the way up to getting the floors installed. We will definitely be returning to Hamms flooring for our next project.

I had some serious title issue in my bathroom. At first the gentlemen Don who came to look it over was very helpful. I emphasized the importance of getting this done quickly do to my time restraints. We agreed on a plan of action and he left. I didn't hear from him after that?? We were waiting on a test kit. I never got an update that he ordered one? When it would be here?

I contracted with Hamm's Flooring to re-stretch the carpet in my upstairs rooms after the carpet that was initially installed by Home Depot and had serious wrinkles after only a few years. The Hamm's Flooring crew did an EXCELLENT job and it now looks better than when it was new. They moved furniture and used a power stretcher.

Hamm's came in the best out of three quotes for replacing 55 square feet of carpet in our hallway for more hardwood. They were very fast in ordering and receiving our wood flooring as well as with the installation appointment. All said and done in about a week! Very professional, great craftsmanship, prompt and friendly all in one. Very happy with Hamm's. Didn't see the showroom floor as we didn't need new flooring. They also repaired some carpet in our bedroom which turned out nice considering it was a match and patch. Thank you Hamm's!

Hamm's came out and gave an estitmate for my Aunt's carpet replacement. Don was fast, and polite. He sent me the quote within 2 hours of leaving. Once the contract was signed, the carpet was ordered and took about a week to come in. They installed it quickly, and the rooms look amazing compared to before!
Family owned and operated for many years! Will use them again if need be in the furture!

I had a few repairs that needed to be done. I called on a Monday and Scott came out on Tue to give me a price! He then came back Wednesday morning and it was all taken care of within an hour. I should have done these repairs over a year ago . . . so I'm thrilled to have it done! So fast and at a pretty reasonable price too!

I talked with James about flooring and discovered I had no idea the difference in materials and actual needs, lighting patterns and how it affects the look of a floor. Jaylyn was a huge help to us in getting a kind of tile we couldn't find anywhere but online, and with a tight contractor schedule, we needed to find something locally, and fast. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and best of all LOCAL!!! :-) The store is nothing fancy but just right! They don't try and up sell instead they assess what will truly work for your home. They aren't the cheapest, but definitely worth letting them bid on your project. Wouldn't it be nice to say bye bye big box stores?
