What’s the worst thing a moving company can do to a customer? How about ghost them on the day of the move, and disconnect their phone service so they can’t be contacted, and not put any relevant contact info on their website? Calling this a moving company is an insult to legitimate businesses.

The movers showed up on time and got my 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home packed up and moved to two different locations, our new home and the storage unit, in 4hrs. Things were kept safe and nothing was damaged.

I would rate this moving company a 0 if I could. I moved from a 1 bedroom 695 sq apartment to a 2 bedroom 1015. I was told for the move it would be $370. I had to pay $50 deposit. Well it ended up taking the movers 4 hours to move and bring my things to my new home. I informed the movers I still needed to go to another location to get my couch and kitchen set. I was told we can stop on the way to get my items since it wasn’t far from my new address. Well that didn’t happen. They ended up loading my 12 boxes 1 bed, 1 dresser, 1 nightstand at the end of the truck. So they had to make an additional

I moved on Saturday and I was going to let things go but things keep getting worse. The kids who showed up did not use a single moving blanket, they shrink wrapped most items but not all. They put my kitchen table chairs and headboard in the truck with no protection. When I asked about it, the one with the accent said " do you want to put it in your car"?. Then the other one dropped a box out of the truck and pretended it didn't happen. The console table has huge scratches on it and my bed made sounds so I checked it out. They didn't even put the screws back in or all the slats on the supported

The guys showed up early and well equipped to do their job. Upon arrival the movers were very patient to explain how the service worked, what I was paying for and how my stuff would be stored. I was very impressed with how thoughtful and efficient they were in deciding how to wrap some things that they saw needed some extra sealing. They took turns wrapping and at times carried things out together. I just found out about Top Sacramento Moving Company online and I have to say I'm very impressed with they're professionalism and service. Excellent!

Used Top Sacramento Moving Company for an apartment move in Sacramento. I couldn't believe how wonderful they were. The communication was great and the quoted price was exactly what I paid. They worked really hard and really fast. All the movers were great guys as well. They even put the furniture in place in the new apartment. Would definitely use them again with no hesitation. They made moving a whole lot more enjoyable.
