Very satisfied. Ricardo answered promptly, provided a quick price and time and date for my pickup. On the day of my fridge pickup he texted when he was on his way to the pickup/drop off addresses. The fridge was wrapped up nicely and arrived here undamaged.
He seemed very nice and was able to squeeze me in at the last minute.

They got a safe into a tiny closet with no problem. Had to move some stuff around, but we're willing to do what they needed to to get it done. On short notice, at nearly half the quote of other movers (who wanted to charge me for a full home moving quote despite only needing this one item moved). Thanks yall (:

Our sincere thank you to Ricardo and his team. We bought a sofa sleeper for our upstairs family room. The merchant offered "white glove" delivery and failed miserably. They came to our home twice and ultimately told us that the sofa would have to be returned because it was too difficult to get it up.
Ricardo and his guys showed up this morning and the sofa is now up in the family room! They are true professionals, we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had such a great experience with Ricardo and the whole Move-Proz crew!
They were extremely meticulous and did everything the right way, rather than the easy way. This methodical and safe process meant that nothing was damaged. They were able to do this while still moving quickly too!
One of the best parts of the experience is that they were enjoying themselves and that positivity made me feel less stressed. They never uttered one word of complaint. Instead, they always tried to go the extra mile and make sure that things were done EXACTLY how I wanted it.

Everything was perfect! I was able to get a quote ahead of time, by texting photos. Ricardo responded rapidly, and was able to schedule my move within two days, then texted me the night before to confirm my appointment. The next morning the crew of three arrived about 15 minutes early, after contacting me by phone! They are very professional and protected all of the belongings and were extremely careful, as well as efficient, and knowledgeable about the best ways to pack into a small storage facility! These guys were excellent movers. They helped me and my wife move back in June. I have to say, I was nervous about them moving our piano. I asked when they arrived on moving day if they had experience, and they said yes, but I was still a bit nervous because pianos are challenging to move. They did a fantastic job! They took great care with all of our items, but they were extra careful not to scratch the floors (old house and new) when they moved the piano. Our piano's wheels don't turn, so this was no small thing.

I was moving across town to be closer to my son and he found Move-Proz and Ricardo for me. He and his guys were so awesome. They took such amazing care of all my furniture, even the curio cabinet I was laughingly hoping would break. Lol!!
They went above and beyond for me and grabbed anything and everything. I loved how they protected all of the surfaces in both homes. Fur example, they padded doorways if needed, laid runners on the floors and blankets as needed. They wrapped every single item and rubber-banded them securely.

The highest recommendation that we can give is that we would hire Ricardo and his crew if we had to move again. We were scheduled to start our move at 9 a.m., and Ricardo was pulling up to our place at 8:55. We hired a crew of four because we know that we have way more stuff than any reasonable couple should have. Thankfully, these guys were great! They were fast, professional, prepared (so many mover's blankets and giant rubber bands!), strong (one "complained" that the boxes were too light), and funny! Heck, they even helped us with dinner; my husband ordered a pizza from a mom
