Great response as we were caught in a desperate situation and needed help ASAP and the very nice lady was able to get a crew and truck to our location within an hour and a half (without ripping me apart for needing help last minute) Adrian and Darryl worked hard and fast. I highly recommend this company

I have this company for all my moves since 2003, three thus far and getting ready for a fourth. They have ALWAYS been professional, I have always paid the quoted amount. I always know upfront what is expected. I have by stuff boxed up ahead of time, they show up move me and I have had no complaints. This is my go to mover.

DO NOT USE this company. Movers stole over $3000 worth of goods. The movers opened and resealed this box after my husband witnessed them in the back of our moving truck en route to the destination. I know it was opened and resealed as I only sealed boxes in one direction. This is on top of being 2 hours late for pick up and an additional 3 hours late for drop off. We were also charged a $300 overnight fee for a one day job.

Master Movers in Portland, OR, provided an excellent experience in moving us from just outside of Portland, OR, to just short of the Canadian border in Washington (August 2021). From start to finish this was a quality experience. It began with a couple of phone calls to explore our options. The lady on the phone was superb -- very friendly and helpful. It was because of the encounter with her that I was biased in favor of working with Master Movers. Subsequently, Brent came to our home to make an estimate. He was very helpful in giving advice on what we should do to prepare for the move. The price

STAY AWAY from these movers. Do your research on companies like this one and note the several very negative reviews on this site. I wish I had. Instead, as a 65+ single woman I feel taken advantage of and have been told by Chris, the operations manager who is very good at twisting words, that in fact I must be the reason for the difficulties with my move, not them.

I had a 995lb gun safe I needed moved from the garage of my old house (steep driveway) to the garage of my new house. I called them on Saturday needing the safe moved by Friday the next week. They got back to me on Monday letting me know they could move the safe Tuesday. Four guys showed up on time with a truck that had a lift gate. The whole crew was professional, and fast. They took care to make sur they didn't damage the safe, without wasting any time.. They quickly formulated a plan, got the safe down my driveway and onto the truck. They charge for there time to get to my house from their location

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Karen, who I initially set up with was super nice and helpful. Appt setting process was easy. The movers, Johnnie and Chris, were awesome. They arrived on time, ready to go, and had positive attitudes the whole time. They were fast and efficient, and overall great to interact with. And the price was super reasonable. Our move went so smoothly because of these people. I 1000% recommend and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making an otherwise stressful affair so easy and smooth!

I am so happy we used Master Movers. We were so stressed with our move across country but they made this process smooth and effortless. My parents have been very pleased by the service Master Movers provided them on several occasions. They were the ones who referred me. We used Master Movers service last week to move a tall upright piano. The initial phone call was great. Their prices were more reasonable. The moving team (Adrian and Rafael) were very friendly, professional and efficient. Brent, Karen and Chris were ALL wonderful as they were helping me through the WHOLE process. Another long move complete and a shout out to Master Movers and crew. From booking, to verification call, to movers loading and unloading, all have been great and made my move bearable.
