The contractor/builder industry gets a bad rap because of the disservice that many of them provide. The lack of communication and unethical practice is extremely common. Zack and his team at Rise Builders practice the complete opposite.

I talked to several contractors, including Zack, about a remodel. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and organization in particular. He's got a program that keeps his clients informed of project details, and a platform in which you can share fixtures that you've purchased so that they can be accommodated in his designs. Of all the contractors, he was the only one that provided me with a quote and design as promised and in a timely manner.

I got 6 quotes from different companies before moving forward with Rise Builders; I chose them based on the professionalism, interest in my project and speed of quotes / job estimate given.
Not only was the job completed extremely fast, it came out better than I could even imagine. The crew was truly passionate about the task at hand and were so helpful when I felt I needed some advice on the products I was purchasing for this job; they seemed genuinely excited about the end result the whole time we worked together.
