We hired Moovers for our move out of Chicago. They were on time, hustled and were very organized. My review would have been 5 stars, however upon review of all the furniture they moved, there are many areas that are damaged. Out treadmill has scratches, our dinning room leather chair has a slice in the top, and our antique rocker has damage to the beautiful wood frame. They also left many scuffs and scratches on all of our walls.

I hired Moovers off of a Yelp Project request as they had one of the more affordable rates mentioned, great reviews, and communication. Usually, I'd deduct a star for any frustrations as this was my first time hiring movers but Moovers handled most things quite well.
My minor frustration and how they handled it (well): The Movers were scheduled to arrive from 12-1p with an emphasis on 12:30p due to an freight elevator reservation at the apartment. We moved from Chicago to the suburbs today with this company. I am truly amazed by the professionalism level of their two guys - Abner and Caesar. They arrived on time and were very polite in their behavior. They climbed 3 level of stairs without even resting for a bit. They were very careful and diligent in moving our stuff without a single scratch or damage. I would like to recommend this business to everyone looking for movers service in Chicago area.

We hired Moovers Chicago for a move from Chicago to the burbs. A huge shout out to the 2-person crew (Abner and Cesar) who did a MORE THAN GREAT job with the entire moving process. Crew arrived right on time (called 30 mins before arrival), very friendly and took great care of our furniture, boxes. They are incredibly efficient and highly professional who know their task well (they dont waste a minute of your time). The quoting process was also smooth with the sales team providing fair estimates. Overall, extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend.

To get a quote, they requested us to "email pictures of each room, including open doors to all closets, cabinets and drawers". I don't know why that is necessary, as everything will be boxed up when the moving time comes, and an invasion of privacy. Don't bother waste your time to request a quote if you don't want to give some strangers a full view of your personal properties.

I am a return customer of Moovers. I used them about six months ago when I moved into a new apartment, and they did such a great job that I hired them for a much simpler move this time around. My aunt gave me her old couch; she lives out in the suburbs. Edwin and Lino were there when they said they would be and carefully packaged the couch. When they arrived at my apartment, they found that the stairs in my apartment building were too narrow to fit the couch, but that didn't stop them from getting the job done. I have moved 8 times in Chicago, and have used more than 5 moving companies. Edgar and his team were by far the best service and support I've ever received from a moving company. Edgar was incredibly kind and patient, and his team work quickly to load/unload the truck. Nothing was damaged!
Moving can be stressful, but Edgar made sure to handle myself and my items with complete care. Even the staff I spoke to on the phone to get a quote were incredibly kind. Although their quote was higher than other moving companies, I went with my gut and booked Chicago Moovers, and am so glad I did.

I’ve been calling around a few moving companies and this is the best customer service I’ve received thus far. Moses was extremely polite and professional. I spoke to him on the phone. He was able to answer all
of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I called other companies trying to get information but he’s the best I’ve heard. He took his time to explain everything. I now know exactly what to expect. Exceptional service! My closing day is still uncertain but will most likely book for my upcoming move and I will most likely recommend!

These were the best movers we ever hired! Edgar, Gregorio, Arturo, and Juven were our movers, and they were highly professional and extremely quick!

The quote was very detailed and helpfully explains the range of cost you could expect--don't trust very low quotes that often come in higher on the day of the move! It's better to pick movers that account for everything so you aren't surprised.

Moovers set me up with another crew of Enrique, Victor, and Jose who were everything you hope for. They quickly moved the remaining items. The company did not charge me for the second move.
The company owner took my experience very seriously and talked to me for a lengthy time to understand and address the issue. I really appreciate his attitude and responsiveness.

My wife had reached out to several moving companies to get estimates for our move from our Chicago condo to our new home in the suburbs. There was quite a bit of back and forth with the front office to come to an agreement on a rate and quote of charges for a move which was frustrating and almost had us going with a different moving company. Eventually we were able to come to an agreement on an hourly rate and some miscellaneous items that we thought would need special care and booked with Moovers.

Sometimes you just get the right team of people that come in, load your stuff and get you out on time. The guys called when they left the last customer to let me know they were on the way with an estimated time of arrival. They confirmed my address and pick up details.
They handled my move out and move in to my new place. They were timely, professional and quick. Everyone wore a mask the entire time for both moves.

Enrique, Lino, Cristian and Juan made our move incredibly easy. They were efficient in explaining what the process would look like from the start, and were able to troubleshoot quickly as small issues came up. The crew also went above and beyond making sure that all items were wrapped carefully and offered suggestions on how to improve certain things we had packed that might have resulted in damages.
As far as logistics, they were on time and communicated well their estimated time left and travel times.

If you're looking for movers, look no further! These guys rock! Enrique, Lino, and Felipe were my movers today. They arrived on time, were super organized, professional, and took the utmost care with my items! They were very well coordinated like a well-oiled machine. I haven't written a review for any business in ages but I just had to add to my recommendation for Moovers company.

3 men came out to move a minimal amount of furniture within my home. I now have to call back a painter to repaint the hallway stairs to the lower level. Scuff and furniture stain marks on both sides of the stairway along with knicked up woodwork on the door jam, frame work. They thought they could jam a 3 cushion sofa through the doorway without removing the legs first. The second floor was also damaged on the door jam when they moved a desk out.
When the move was over, I said what are we going to do about the paint damage (just had the lower level painted a week before the movers

Sebastian, Rodrigo and Tino just left and they were AMAZING! These guys literally carried all of my stuff on their backs and did the move in 1.5 hours than the time they originally quoted me. They were safe, wearing masks the whole time, so kind and patient and asked where everything went when we reached my new place. I would 1000% recommend Moovers Chicago!
