I used MSJ delivery not too long ago for a house move. I was very disappointed in the experience the field guys have and the damage they left on my furniture. I had a few screws overtorqued with them pushing out on the other side of the furniture and I can tell some items were touched up with furniture pens. Our movers shaved off a $130 off the bill But later on that evening I ended up finding more items that were damaged so the $130 wasn't enough.

The character of a company becomes apparent not when everything goes well but when it doesn't. MSJ delivered a sofa (31x36x80) that was too large to fit through the 28" door but would fit through the window. Johnny, however, insisted that he could make it fit. The damage to the door was slight but documented with before and after photos.
Stu, the owner, when notified said in an email that he called; but there was no record on my phone. He then said he would call, but never did. In response to seeing photos , he said that it was impossible for the damage to have been done during delivery

Friends don't let friends move themselves! They recommend great movers who handle all the headaches. That's what's happened when my folks needed to downsize. Wonderful family friends referred us to MSJ Delivery as they'd used them numerous times. From the first call with Carlos, I knew we'd made the right decision. He clearly communicated costs and scheduling and assembled a first-rate team for our tricky move--from 4,900 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft! The men were clearly experts and handled all our possessions with care. We had a lot of laughs along the way too. Imagine that?

I was referred to MSJ by Angie's List and am very happy with the moving experience that MSJ provided. This is a five star company with a great work crew. Robin and the other two movers were on time meeting me at UFO (Upholstery Fabric Outlet) to pick up my reupholstered furniture. They were able to load and unload the rather pricey antique sofa, chairs, love seat and foot stool without damage or difficulty. They moved those pieces into my home just as I directed and also unloaded a PODS storage container into my garage.

From start to finish, this moving company was great! I needed some heavy objects -- piano, couch, etc. -- moved from the house to the garage before we underwent construction. Their prices were competitive, they were great on the phone when I scheduled a date on fairly short notice. The movers, Shawn and Miles, were professional and courteous, and carefully and efficiently moved everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend MSJ Delivery.

The best!
After a big first day of moving, our crew of Chris, Andre, Shawn and Robert, lead by Steven were back for another full day of unpacking. Tiffany was just as easy to reach as when we started. This group was great...as if they hadn't worked the previous day. Upbeat, pleasant and eager to get the job done right.

MSJ, was fantastic! It all started with the first phone call with Tiffany, who was very helpful and professional and we set my moving date for 9/1/15.

Steven and Chris moved my household goods out of storage and into a new place without a hitch. These guys were so professional, cheerful, patient and organized the whole time. The new place had parking challenges and an elevator, and they handled the lay of the land like pros. They staged my household goods in the areas I needed them, so unpacking was organized. I could then settle in easier, which is so important in a new place. This was the second time I've used MSJ for a move, and I know I'll call them again when it's time. MSJ moved us out of our house last weekend, with a fantastic crew of 5 energetic and helpful guys: Carlos, Nicholas, Miles, Stevie, and Robbie. We were woefully behind in packing the excessive buildup of "stuff" in the garage. They handled it kindly and professionally, helping us with extra boxes and getting it done. Tough move for us, but the services of our team from MSJ made it much less stressful. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

M S J Delivery arrived at our home right on time.
Carlos, Miles, and Nicholas did a fantastic job moving us. They had to move us out of a 3rd floor condo and the sofa had to be lowered down from the balcony. The guys did an amazing job getting it down!
They were very professional and careful with all our belongings, wrapped our flat screens, and glass tops and everything arrived at our other home in perfect condition.
Great job guys. Would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family.
Will use them again if we ever need to.

This is the 3rd time I've used this company and every time they are awesome! Great job, great people and very efficient! Fernando and Asa were the guys that helped us move from one appartment to another last weekend.
They worked so hard and had such a great attitude at the same time!

Andre, Asa and Gary were the best! They took excellent care of our furniture and were very expedient in the process. We had a lot of stairs and they never complained once, our last movers complained the whole time.
At first, I thought they were a little pricey, but we got what we paid for and more. Our last movers damaged nearly every piece of furniture we had, Not one scratch on anything this time around.
These guys were polite, conversational and professional.
My only negative things I have to say is that Gary and Asa are Seahawk fans, as if. Andre is cool because he is a Chargers

My family has used MSJ Delivery for two moves. In our first move, they loaded & moved us and they were fantastic. We had such a good stress-free experience with them that for our second move we also hired them to pack for us as well.

I hired MSJ to unload a POD (and move into my new apartment in San Diego) from my move from Texas and was extremely pleased with every step of the process from scheduling the appointment to the final assembly of the beds, and other furniture.
Fernando and Alex were my team members who were extremely professional throughout the unloading/loading/unloading process. They called in advance on the morning of the move to confirm; showed up on time; and worked non-stop from the get-go -- actually even running back and forth from the truck to the elevator staging area in my building. They were very careful

You guessed it. I was moving and I needed some muscle and a truck. I found these guys in Angie's List who had reasonable rates, didn't charge extra for Sat, and worked with me on a late morning time (8am?? I am sooo not a morning person).
The two guys, I think they were Jason and Jason, showed up on time, were quick to load the truck, took professional care as not to break or damage anything and didn't even bat an eye when I told them the couch would have to be tossed over the back fence as it didn't fit through the front door.

Years in the navy and as the wife of a federal employee have made me depressingly familiar with moving and movers. In the past I have had movers drive into the side of my house and explain that the balcony tilted like that when they got there, intentionally break things so they would fit into the handy box (explaining the movers on the other end would "reassemble" it) and my favorite - ask me if they could have my husband's Fender Strat because "it's really, really nice." So, I've come to think moving is to be feared.

Excellent!! This is the 8th time my family and me have moved, and by far this has been the easiest less stressful one. 4 guys showed up on time and moved all my things with care and knowledge. They were extremely respectful not only to my furniture and belongings, but to my family as well. The owners showed up to give us an estimate weeks in advance, and I truly couldn't be happier or have asked more from them. I just never new movers could be so professional and responsible.
