#1. Robert's Tree service was excellent! They removed several overgrown bushes from in front of my house, trimmed and shaped the remaining bushes and was done within the hour. Will definitely use them again.
#2. I tried to use this service again in Oct 2021. I called and was given a date they would come and do the work but they never showed up. I called Deya a week later and she too gave me a date they would show up and do the work but they never showed. Trimmed dead branches for us on a tree near our power & data lines in the back. They accidentally broke the data line (this would have been hard to avoid, given the position of the tree), but we were offered a generous discount for the trouble. I would hire them again.

I called for a trimming service and a guy came out and gave me a quote and scheduled a time but they no called/no showed for the trimming appointment. I had been texting with Deya about the appointment so I texted her after I never heard from them; she said they got busy that morning and would most likely show up the following morning and they again...no called/no showed. Not sure what happened there.

Update: they finally came to remove the stump. They came when we were NOT home and took advantage of the situation. They made a mess and left our water running! They didn't remove all the roots. They are NOT professionals at all. Run for your $$. They still won't return to correct the roots mess they left in the front yard. See pictures attached:

So after a phone call i found out they couldn't come day of for an emergency branch dangling above my power line. Fair enough. They stated they would call in the AM to schedule when they would be out. Well they never called. So i called them twice and texted as well. My husband also called and texted. They never replied. The following day I called again and they blamed my husband...I called them out on it and they swore they could come out later in the week and just send a picture real quick. So i declined to follow through as we were still at risk of this branch falling on our power line

Roberts Tree Service cut down our two 35-year old Ash trees that died in the big Texas freeze in 2021. Robert's crew did a first rate job removing the trees and cleaned up and removed the branches. Robert and Della (office manager) were personal and easy to deal with. We took advantage of their new customer 20 percent off. An arborist gave us an estimate that did not include stump grinding, and I estimate that we saved about $1,000. I highly recommend Robert's Tree Service and we will be hiring again for another project.

Robert spent the past 4 days telling my wife that he'd show up at 9 am, and that we were the top priority. All lies, never showed up, and today we took off of work to wait here for him. Definitely steer clear.
Edit: To be clear, they were talking to my wife, Natasha, which is why my name isn't showing up. I've now had a tree sitting on my roof for the better part of a week because of the lack of follow-through here.

In the middle of our severe storm on May 28th our old Ash tree fell and crashed into the roof of our house creating two holes which let water in to the attic - damage to ceiling and walls spread - After the storm ended we began calling 24 hour tree companies - We called based on ratings and reviews - 3 companies did not answer, 1 answered but was booked and then we called Robert’s -

Roberto and his crew did an excellent job. Despite the rain they got the job done. They did a great job of cleaning up, moving my plants, very pleased with their work and professionalism. We contacted Roberts Tree cutting service in August for a removal of a large Elm tree & stump grind. We are in the works of having a driveway paved.. needed the tree gone. He/his workers were fast, professional & did an outstanding job getting it done. They were careful to not damage our new roof and left the area very clean. His prices are also VERY reasonable.

I've used Robert a few times, the most recent was to construct a limestone wall in front of my house. Robert and his crew were on site working from 8:30am until the sun went down every day. Very hard workers. His rates were reasonable and his quality is exceptional - I couldn't have imagined a better looking final product. I've also used Robert to remove trees and brush. He's quick, efficient, nice, and meticulous. He's truly a diamond in the rough in Austin. Highly recommend for any job.

This is the second time in a year I have used Robert's Tree Service. Robert and the team are amazing at what they do! They are very efficient, friendly and most importantly, dependable. Pricing is very fair for all the work that is included and I've never thought twice about whether or not I was getting a great deal. Customer service is very professional and responsive. The trees in my backyard had been neglected and now they look absolutely wonderful. As my outdoor projects come up I will continue to use Robert's Tree Service as my go-to company.

They did my neighbor's trees and I was so impressed that I told my neighbor. He said Robert came in and trimmed up the trees as they needed it, without needing much direction. My neighbor mentioned to him the next day that I needed some work done, so Robert came by to give me a price. His price was fair and he was able to do the work the next day.

Roberts Tree Service performed an excellent job removing a huge dead three story red oak tree in my yard. The entire team was very professional. They began and finished in a very timely manner. The clean up couldn’t have been better. The price was reasonable. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I met the "owner" and his right hand man. Then another group came the day of, kicked things off, and yet another group walked up to complete the job. All lies, and zero substance from this company. They attempted tree work and exterior brick work. They showed up 2 hours late, brought untrained workers, and left my trees unfinished, brick work falling apart after ONE DAY, DAMAGED my sprinkler system, and stole an item from my backyard. Best part is they will not pick up the phone anymore, after promising to make it right TWICE. They even went so far
