Beware of this scam. I had to call the police on this locksmith because he took my new keys to the apartment and would not return then until I paid 815.00.! Police had to call him and direct him to return the keys to me. I had to call another locksmith to change the lock and he charged 275.00 for the same service. Not only did this guy take my cash, he took the keys to my apartment - that is criminal. Police was just as appalled as I was and the landlord preserved the video surveillance of the transaction for litigation purposes.
