This is a referral service with no physical business address when I thought I was hiring a neighborhood local business. The locksmith you end up with is a game of chance and in my case, the guy Malka gives locksmiths a bad name. I was told that it was $95 to come out and should be about $40 to rekey. Though the tech has skills, he charged me $495!! The cylinder was $275 for a $50 no name brand part and $125 to put a 2nd key on the lock.

I had to have my lock changed one day to the next. I called Mulberry Locksmith super early in the morning (7am!). Very professional over the phone when I was asking questions about pricing. Allowed me to send pictures of current lock via text for approximate quote. Was told arrival time would be within the hour. The tech arrived super fast and gave me an exact quote within 5 minutes. He came, got the job done and I was a very satisfied customer. Thank you! Plus I have a warranty incase anything ever happens!
