I was referred to Brad by a friend. I called and left several messages prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. I figured they were probably busy like the rest of us with the holidays so that's why they never called back. Yesterday however I called again. Brad picked up and I said I needed someone to look at my live oak. He asked if I needed it trimmed and I said no it is struggling and needs some help. Then I heard a dial tone. I thought for sure that was a mistake so I called back twice and both times was put to voicemail. I left a message voicing my frustration of leaving so many messages, not getting

Brad (owner) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We've used them for years. They've taken on some of the toughest projects for the biggest trees on our property (25 acres), including several century oaks. Best Tree Care is worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

Brad provided an estimate as requested, obtained the required permit and did the work as he scheduled. It was a very large tree (> 36" in diameter) that was very close (< 36") to the wall of the house. Best Tree Care got it out of there without a hitch and cleaned up. Very professional.

I called to get a quote for the removal of several mature trees. Brad came out the next day and was very helpful. After agreeing to the work, I asked to have it done on a specific day if possible. This was arranged, the crew showed up at 7:45 and did a wonderful job. The trees were removed safely and carefully. I highly recommend Best Tree Care based on my very positive experience.
