We were interested in giving our home an updating by removing several existing exterior ornate stone columns and ornate trim around several large windows and replacing the columns and trim with less ornate stone pieces in addition to repairing a few cracks in existing stone work.
A representative from Architectural Elements came to our home and spent approximately 1/2 hour, took lots of notes and photos and left. Three months later we have had no estimate, no return phone calls, nothing. At least send an email or return the call saying you don’t want to do the work. My husband owns his own business
